Quality and customer service needs some work
Stay away from buying from this company. For the high price point of these chairs, the quality is such a disappointment. Within the first year of owning the Capital Cane Armchairs, they are falling apart. We rarely sit on our chairs and the rattan strands break off easily and even one of the chair frames broke while being in use. Customer service is non existent, they don't reply to their emails. The only way I got a response is direct messaging through their Instagram page. It took over 2 months for them to ship out one chair replacement and a $125 shipping cost. When I emailed them about why there was such a delay, I still have received no response.
