I couldn’t be more pleased with Jason and his men’s handling of my dead ceanothus. The service was cost-effective, friendly, professional and efficient and they cleared everything up afterwards. Highly recommend.
Very large tree crowned in our neighbours garden with tree over hanging our garden .tree was getting out of hand .way to big could come down in a gale .Tree matters team were very good professional very neat and tidy .cleaned up after very quick operation.
My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish.
We have large communal gardens and a large number of older well established trees with TPOs on them.
Jason sent a first rate surveyor to look at the job who from the outset clearly knew what he was talking about and importantly understood what we wanted. Once we agreed what seemed a very good price, the company also dealt with the necessary council paperwork to get permission to carry the work out.
When the time came a huge team of guys turned out very punctually and completed the whole job beautifully in about 6 hours. They left the place clean and tidy.
Every single man on the team seemed to understand trees and know how to prune and shape them which I found hugely reassuring. Some hefty branches had to come down and they were all dealt with carefully & safely.

3 guys came from Tree Matters yesterday and transformed our garden in a matter of hours. They left everything tidy, and well swept. The advice we had from them about what to do was spot on, and the execution was excellent. Could not have been more pleased. We now have light and air and a bigger garden!
