For the second time I went to their website and researched an item for my camper (First time they told me out of stock on the item). I found the item I was looking for and called to make sure it was in stock. I was asked the year, make and model of my camper (2014 Kodiak). Response.... "I am sorry sir, we do not stock anything that old."
Then....... WHY DO YOU KEEP IT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
I do not care if they are giving away free items. I would sell my camper if I had to get product from them.

Terrible business, $19.99 part cost plus $40.00 to ship! Negotiate better shipping cost!!!!!!!!

I was looking for an RV ladder. Found one at trekwood for $229, so far so good. Could not purchase without a shipping quote. I had to call because they did not respond to my email. They quoted a shipping cost of $350! To ship a ladder from Indiana!

They shipped to the bill to anyway..
I will not be back there for 6 months..
Their response was well i did not get around to changing it before it shipped..

It fell on deaf ears.. they did not care.

I found the parts I needed for my 5th wheel. Provided them to Nikki for a total cost with shipping which I did receive. However, Nikki changed one of the parts I had listed to a different part and when the 5th wheel was at the shop for repair it was discovered it was not the correct part. Instead of making this right since Nikki made the mistake, they keep ignoring my emails and phone calls to get the part refunded. Why should I have to pay another $355 for their mistake? Beware of Trekwood and Elk Mountain RV which are one in the same! Can't even find mailing addresses for either online.

Attempted many times to get a shipping quote on an RV door. No answer via customer service or their online request. Will shop elsewhere for my RV needs.

My fifth wheel is 15 years old. Had a broken light lens cover. Exterior trim. TREKWOOD RV PARTS had an OEM replace. Ordered it on Thursday and got it the following Monday. 4 days! Love these guys.

I don't know why people are griping. I looked everywhere for the inside garnish for the inside of my shower skylight. 2013 Keystone Alpine 3500RE. I found it here, ordered it and got it in a week.

Pretty sure this is a scam site, if you ever do make contact with them.

To make a long story short of dealing with this company, I went to order parts from the website and it never worked, despite trying several devices on different days. So, I emailed them the exact name of the parts as they appeared. They emailed back and instead of simply stating it was ’no longer available’ they conveniently decided to word it as “the light you provided is stocked and I provided the speaker that I can get that is also stocked." duping me into thinking it was available. I'm a reasonable person and am not looking to be difficult but DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Been back and forth on the phone for 2 weeks. Still nothing accomplished. Email nothing accomplished. Just like Keystone do not ever buy a Keystone! 1

Does anybody work there? Does anybody answer the phone? Website sucks, I just want to order parts. I don't want an estimate. Tried several days to get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. It's horrible. I don't think anybody works there. I wonder if this page is a scam. It's sad, I need parts they have the parts. Can't get anybody to answer the phone to order them.

No response for over 10 days. JUst shut your doors guys. all I see are 1 star reviews and somehow you have 2,5 star rating?

Site stock offerings are impressive but that is all.
No response via phone, no response from numerous emails. Placed two different orders for my Keystone Cougar the online order said Trekwood would respond with shipping amount. Haven’t heard anything in over two weeks.
What kind of online retailer take order but then has to respond with shipping amount?
Apparently Trekwood doesn’t care and has bigger customers.

Don’t waste your time.

Was trying to order a grab handle for our RV and placed the order 2 months ago. The order said I would have to wait for a shipping quote. That quote never came even after several email requests and phone calls to Trekwood! I have given up ever hearing back from this company and consider it a plus that I didn’t.

Was going to order a part that is $112.00, but Trekwood wanted $350.00 for shipping. I don’t think I want to pay $462.00 for a $112.00 part!

Excessive shipping charges. Would not recommend this company. Was going to purchase a $21 item that weighed less than a pound. Company quoted a shipping charge of nearly $18 for standard shipping. What a ripoff.
