I ordered online, biggest mistake ever. Took over 2 months to arrive. They kept telling me it would be there that week. When it did arrive it was to big, so they told me to return it on my expense, to CHINA. It cost more to send it back than what it was worth. Wouldn’t call me back. Worst company I have ever dealt with. AWFUL SERVICE😡😡😡😡😡😡
This is a horrible company if it even is one. I ordered 2 pairs of rugged cargo shorts. They didn't like what I ordered at all. Flimsy, wrong colour and three sizes too small. Calls to the company fell on deaf ears. I checked the Customer Policies. It basically reads that if there is anything wrong with your order, it's not our fault, it's yours. Un-Believable! I sent mine to charity and took the loss. Don't Buy Here!
I received no follow up to my order and when I requested information after two weeks was informed it would take another two weeks for delivery
After another two weeks still nothing but promises
I asked for refund and initiated action with my credit card company
Tremblay eventually issued a notice that a refund was approved but after two weeks nothing has been received
So far it’s been two months with nothing
These people are a scam
They say It's a cozy custom sweated, and it's not. It's a fake, printed decal on a cheap shirt. Nothing about this product or company is what it appears. 100% fake DO NOT BUY
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shorts based on the photo in their advertisement, but what arrived looked nothing like what was shown—both in terms of style and quality. I contacted the seller through PayPal, and they offered me a 50% refund or a full refund if I returned the item at my own expense. I escalated the dispute with PayPal, and to their credit, I received a full refund. The shorts went straight into the garbage, which is exactly where they belonged.
