Saw steph for my first visit with starting chemotherapy soon I wanted to get started so professional made me feel comfortable with great advice,for my second visit I saw amber who was again professional & so chatty after choosing my wig amber trimmed to my liking & saying at any point I want anymore cutting it wouldn't be problem i even saw another one i loved maybe for later down the line,all in all a excellent service thank you both so much.

Fabrice was so kind and supportive to me at a very vulnerable moment in my life. We cried and also laughed and he was so patient with me. He was lazer focused on colour matching and making sure I was comfortable with the styles. I was not sure I would buy that day and thought maybe it would be research but I did buy a beautiful wig. I'm so happy. I sent pictures to my friends who just assumed I had cut my own hair. What a compliment ! I could not give more than 5 stars but I wish I could

From the moment we walked into the store we felt relaxed and cared for. My daughter and husband came with me to choose my wig and it was no problem to have them with me. Alison was super. Kind, cherry, knowledgeable and so helpful.she helped me navigate the wigs and offered me a wide range. She was kind and sensitive when it came to this.,I left with a beautiful wig. Very happy. I would 100% recommend this company.

Good explanations received on types of wigs, plenty of choices to try on. Really professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

All the ladies at Penny Lane, Liverpool were very welcoming & friendly, I instantly felt relaxed, , I was so surprised that they had exactly what I was looking for , and a choice of three ready to take away with me, they also repaired a wig I already had which I singed with a heated styler, I forgot it wasn’t heat friendly !, 🤭
I cannot find fault, brilliant service

Great welcome by receptionist and taken to our consulting room straightaway away. Our consultant was prompt and introduced herself. She was friendly and asked the questions she needed answered to fulfil her task. She was sensitive to my situation while remaining professional. I would have no hesitation in recommended Aderans Trendco Edinburgh.

Received a great welcome when I arrived. My consultant was very informative and knowledgeable about the scalp and hair follicles. She took her time and was not rushed in any way. A great experience.

I was simply delighted with my experience at Aderans in Eastcastle Street. I arrived terribly late at my appointment , but Raj was so kind and professional, she spent well over an hour with me and made sure I had the perfect wig. I left the building walking on air , walking through Regent’s Park with my family feeling g like a movie star . What a boost after the traumas of my treatments . I’d also like to add that all the staff were so kind and friendly . Highly recommended with no hesitation.

I initially called the salon and spoke to Amber, who was very friendly and reassuring and I instantly felt at ease. I had only recently received my diagnosis so was still a bit unsure, but we spoke about the kind of hair pieces I might be looking for and she asked me about my own hair . She was very patient and we arranged an appointment for me to visit the salon. When I arrived Amber was expecting me and greeted me with a friendly smile. She already had various wigs for me to try, and she took her time to guide me through. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy, and she suggested I take a bit of time to think. We arranged another appointment for a week later, and this time I saw Steph as Amber was away. Steph was just as kind and patient, and Amber had given her all the information on my first visit. We looked at a few more options, she took her time and again I never felt rushed or under any pressure. I still wasn’t sure so we booked another appointment, which I had to cancel due to being poorly after chemotherapy. Steph was so kind and assured me it wasn’t a problem. When I did make it to the salon I saw Helen. Again, she was lovely, patient, reassuring and we chatted lots. We decided on a wig and Helen did a fab job cutting it to match my own hair. My whole experience of what has been a difficult part of my journey was made so much easier by Amber, Steph and Helen. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone facing hair loss. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and expert knowledge of the hair loss options.

Very comfortable private environment. Super clean. I was imagining it to be like a fancy dress shop with dusty wigs everywhere but it was slick and modern with a private room and Sarah was so good bringing me samples to try on and using my feedback to guide her next choices. Brilliant experience very friendly and professional team. If you’re going because life has thrown you a curve ball, go with an open mind and have fun with it. Take the good days. I didn’t even want a wig, I walked away with one and couldn’t be more pleased with it. I didn’t want to hide what I was going through as it felt more awkward than shaving it all off, so went for a completely different colour to make the most of it. Weird how my brain works but we just don’t know till we’re in it. Thanks Trendco team x

Everything was perfect, Julie is lovely and treats you like your royalty noting is too much trouble, you never feel rushed and she really cares about you and your hair.

This professional, exceptional, friendly team have taken the stress and worry out of my hair loss journey. Nothing is too much trouble and the team are so caring and understanding. There are private rooms for consultations and treatments and there’s no hard sell on any products. They really do care! If you’re struggling with hair loss then please give them a call. Super service as usual. All the staff are so professional, helpful and friendly. They’re also very honest and won’t let you walk out with something that doesn’t suit you. My appointments are always with the lovely Nicola, but everyone is super nice.
