Have been going to this salon for a long time and have been seeing Margaret who is brilliant, she makes you feel very comfortable and is extremely sensitive. everyone is super friendly and professional.

Lovely premises and staff. I felt that Lorna took a lot of time to go over my options and to make sure that I went away with the correct product, without any attempts to upsell or pressure me to buy. She was very patient and gave lots of practical tips. So glad I visited and delighted with the product that I came home with.

I purchased my first real hair wig from the Nottingham salon and the lovely Helen cut and styled it for me. My confidence has rocketed after I had so many lovely comments from my family and friends. I totally look a different person !
Do not hesitate in booking an appointment as there customer service and privacy is above and beyond anywhere I have been before. Thanks so much for giving me my confidence back Helen x

My hairdresser is wonderful! Lorna is a great stylist, cuts beautifully and keeps everything spotlessly clean. Knows the products well and takes a lot of care with her work. All staff are friendly and helpful and going there is a pleasure.

Under the circumstances, I was looked after by Catherine. Nothing was too much in terms of trying or ordering better choices for me. She was helpful and caring.

After a year of trying to find a wig that made me feel like me, I made an appointment with these guys. The lady that looked after me rang me two days before to ask what I was looking for so she could make sure she had some in for me to try, and then took as much time as I needed trying on different wigs before I made a decision (with no pressure to buy at all). I found a wonderful wig that I liked more and more every time I tried it on - such good quality and a fun style which doesn't make me look like a middle aged woman (I'm 52!!!). The hair is really soft and the wig is really comfy and feels secure. I am tempted to go back for another one, but for now I am wearing the first one so much more than any wig I've had before because I love it so much.
