Poor quality/defective
***update in relation to TrendCornerUK response***
You are correct in saying you refunded me in full including postage costs however this only happened when I had to seek legal advice and send you correspondence to that effect. I was due a full refund and postage costs under Consumer Rights Act. You made the process very difficult and time consuming.
Lastly, I do expect to pay £450 for ‘genuine’ designer clothes that are marked/faulty therefore I will not be removing my post as you requested.
Purchased Gucci and Prada top. Do not appear authentic, material marked, label damaged and stitching overlapping/squint.
No reply to emails and response on Instagram was wipe clothes with hot water!
I am willing to share photos of the items to show poor quality/defective.

I’d just like to reply to this review because we have fully refunded you for your items AND covered your return postage fee, which is not something we offer. The process was difficult as you seemed to have an issue with everything we
tried to offer, you also tried to claim we were scamming you when we asked for your bank details to reimburse you for your money.
You decided to seek legal advice as we weren’t willing to pay £11 for shipping that cost you £4.20 - this would not have held up in the court of law.
Again, you said the items do not appear authentic due to the fact that they didn’t come in a box, we told you that this wouldn’t be logistically viable for a small business which you ignored.
The damage on your items was a mark that will have been picked up during the inspection of the item, and could’ve been removed with water. I do urge you to please provide pictures of this damage so people can form their own opinions on the matter.
I do appreciate your time taken to leave a review but it is upsetting seeing a 1 star when we’ve offered you a resolution to your issue.
