Disappointed
I had ordered from here before and the items were brilliant with a fast service. For some reason, I had ordered a Canada goose coat, and it has been over a YEAR YET STILL NOTHING???. Trend corner says it has been delivered but there is no proof of this and I never received anything. I am really disappointed as this was one of my favourite websites to shop from. I’m scared of ever ordering again as I’ve lost money with this coat, and no one seems to know where it is or to give me a refund. Please stay away, unless you want to pay £100s for thin air, because where is my item? Now Trend Corner will say why didn’t you contact us? I have been contacting them for over 1 year and the also opened a claim…. But guess what nothing was done, we were shut down on so many occasions when we messaged for an update. I just want my refund or my item, I’m not looking to slate anyone’s business. The worst thing is when someone calls you a liar - I have spent £1000s with this company, I am a busy working individual, why would I go out of my way to write a bad review if I have received my item? Again all lies. If the item was delivered, then show me the proof of delivery where I have signed??? Absolutely disgusting customer service to call me a liar? Behind trend corner is a weirdo who has also blocked me from Instagram which is why I cannot even message them on there for my refund. If there was a feature on here to show screenshots boy I’d have a field day, showing everyone how this guy is so rude and takes no accountability for being a thief. And FYI, I was so patient with this company, for over one year. Now I’m at my whits and it’s completely understandable that I’m kicking and screaming as I am beyond frustrated. Imagine you’ve paid for an item, are told it’s delivered when it hasn’t, and then the vendor you ordered from is accusing by you of being insulting - all after almost 2 years of trying to chase where you item is/ a possible refund. Surely if I received the item would I be here, almost 2 years on, asking where the item is?

After I made an error with the postcode my parcel didn't arrive after an online chat they arranged for it to be posted out for next day delivery at no extra cost. I can say they have been very helpful and accommodating.

Brought from them a few times very good company sells a good selection of designer wear at good prices and are always consistent with delivery times and keeping you up to date

Can never fault trend corner for their service and low prices. Simply unbeatable. Just bought a BRAND NEW fendi top for £110 now where else can you get this kind of offer?!

Very poor quality products considering they specialise in high quality labels. I purchased a Dior jacket. The quality was horrendous. I was told they were outlet items but I sent it back. I also bought a Gucci polo and the one that came has never been released by Gucci. In the end he refused to give me a refund as they have very strict return policy on sale items, so I did a chargeback through my card provider and they gave me my money back after seeing the evidence.

Ordered a Dsquared leaf T-shirt which i had been looking for everywhere, found it here for a better price and came in really good condition too, really recommend these guys!
