⭐ 1/5 – Scam Alert: Stay Far Away from TrendsFort!

I bought a reversible Nike jacket (size XL) from TrendsFort on 1st November 2025. Although I got an automatic confirmation email, I never received any shipping updates or tracking information. I tried contacting them via email, phone, and WhatsApp, but got zero response. Their phone number didn’t even work, and their WhatsApp wasn’t registered.

After some research, I discovered this is not unusual — many other customers report the same problem, some waiting weeks or months without receiving anything. Their refund/cancellation policy is suspicious and unfair, with huge deductions and no real way to cancel after 5 days.

Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, and after filing a dispute, they miraculously refunded my full payment. Without PayPal, I might have lost a significant amount of money.

Take my advice: do not trust TrendsFort. Once they have your money, they disappear — no replies, no shipping, and no accountability. Pay attention to the warning signs — avoid them completely!

Order a varsity jacket month ago and still never receive it ,try a couple of emails ,try calling but no response,probably got scam

I placed an order on 1/30 and have been unable to get any order status. At the time of purchase message stated item would be shipped within 4-7 days but order status still says “processing”. I have called number for customer service several times but it keeps showing as busy and no response to my 4 emails. I am beginning to feel that I may have been scammed considering a dispute via my payment method PayPal. Hoping the item arrives but will never purchase anything from them again.

I have to conclude that this place is a scam. There is no way to reach anyone and my husband ordered a jacket four weeks ago and we have received nothing. They were very quick to receive payment but we have received nothing. I would suggest not going with this company at all. RUN!!! Even if they are a legit company, they are a very slow and unprofessional company and totally not worth the frustration! We haven’t been able to reach anyone.

UPDATE: the order finally arrived on 2/14, 18 days from original order date
no response at all to several emails and telephone calls requesting status of the order.
The jacket is very nice quality but it is NOT the size I ordered.
I ordered size Medium and received an XL.
it is way too large on n me.

I emailed to person noted on the shipping document,but based on previous experience, don't expect a response.

Needless to say, very disappointed and will not order from this company again.

ordered 1/27/2025 and received one email that order was received. website indicates items ship within 3-5 days as long as not a custom item.
i have emailed 3 times requesting status, no response. checked status on website which indicates processing. phoned both a US number and a UK number...US number constant busy signal, UK number resolves to a voicemail.
i have nothing at this point other than a charge on my account. i don't know if this is a scam, if i will receive what i ordered or when i may receive it, if ever.
considering starting a refund thru Paypal since this was my payment vehicle.
very frustrating, 100% lacking in customer service

Ordered a Varsity Jacket and received it but too small. Went back onto the website and ordered the next size up, which I have not received yet. Cannot get anyone to help me with the return of the original order. Customer Service number has been busy for 4 days now and nobody is replying back to my 3 emails that I have sent. Item quality is fabulous. Just need help with my return. Don't want to be stuck with a $150 jacket that is too small to wear.

I’m beyond upset as I received an item other than what I purchased. I’ve emailed, attempted to call, and wrote emails in regards to this to receive no response. They didn’t offer any tracking information which had me worried to the core as this was a Christmas gift that was really wanted. Received item 3 weeks after purchasing.

First of all let me just say that my item was recieved.

However, they do not give you a delivery date or tracking info. The contact numbers do not work and they didn't respond to my email enquiring about delivery and tracking. I spent two weeks worrying I'd been scammed.

The jacket I ordered is such a quality piece and I cannot fault it.
The customer journey is to be desired and although my item came I won't order again from this site. Just because I don't know if I was lucky this time & I can't cope with the anxiety this process gave me.
