Good customer service
I ordered a ringer shirt in women’s sizing, after it arrived they let me know it only comes in unisex which runs bigger than I wanted. They offered a full refund if I returned it or a partial if I kept it. I agreed to the partial and they processed my refund immediately. 4 stars because it was frustrating that they had sizing listed that wasn’t available, but quality of the item and customer service were great.

It would be helpful if in the description of your tee shirts it was mentioned that they are a HEAVY WEIGHT Cotton. I live in Florida where even now it's 98 degrees in the shade. The screen printing is okay but not as rich and bold as the pictures. I would also have liked an option to choose the weight of the tee. I really don't know how often I will be able to wear them now. So I am sad to say I'm disappointed 😞😞😞

your company’s design alignment was…
your company’s design alignment was really bad. After you let them know, they do they’re best to fix it but it’s been almost a month or two since I emailed them but they still haven’t let me know when it’s gonna ship or get delivered. I really don’t recommend this website. I just got it bc it was my cousins birthday and she he really loves calumn. This company just didn’t pull through like I thought it was.
