Ordered 11x17 poster. Poster arrived and they had folded it in half and then rolled it, leaving a large crease down the center. The edges also look like it was cut by hand because it was jagged and uneven. Contacted customer service and they said they do not take returns but I could file a return claim and have a new one. Have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a return claim, but according to their system my order number does not exist. Cannot get proper customer service attention.
