Shar with Space Touch was incredibly helpful when I could not figure out how to use one of the heads on my Reviver kit. She was quick to respond and gave me a ton of tips for optimal use of the device. A small piece was missing and she overnighted it to me in California! I’m so happy to have her as a contact, I love my Reviver and plan on being a customer for many, many years. Thank you Shar!!!

I had the same experience in Madrid, where I was initially given a sample of their age lifting cream and after 3 days saw a real improvement on my skin. Soft, less wrinkled, more even colored.
So I went back to the shop,on Claudio Caello street, and asked the price. Immediately, I was submitted to the most intense pressure approach I have ever experienced.
The lady showed me the jar, opened it up, put some on my hand (I didn’t really appreciate not being asked beforehand) and told me that jar would easily last me a year, as « so little was required ». She was obviously trying to offset the surprise caused by the cost or the product…
That wasn’t the end of it! A young man, very agitated, came to her help by showing me some vitamin C serum, grabbing my hand and spreading it on top, all the while practically screaming in my face about its amazing virtues.
He then quickly - too quickly for me to react - moved to spreading it on my face. I tried to back away but he was faster than me, and obviously more determined, and started to spread the cream on top of it.
We were able to walk away but, as with the other person who mentioned their tactic, the man was blocking our exit standing between me and the door…
All in all a very unpleasant experience.
I also believe the product in the sample is not the same as the one they sell. I have has that experience in Las Vegas. I bought the cream I had tried in the shop. The results were far less remarkable.
So beware!

I advise people to walk by kiosks and stores associated with this company. They have extremely aggressive sales tactics. I was in a chair and the salesman made sure he stood in front of me to block my way out of the business. They do not tell you that there are no refunds. They quietly sneak the the receipt in your bag that has the no refund policy at the bottom. They prey on vulnerable customers who stop to get a free sample, and then their game starts. It is shameless and reprehensible to run a business without transparency.

I bought an eye lift cream for 220 euro at the Dubai mall. I tested this product inside the official shop and it gave me an immadiate lift effect. It was effective and visible. Once i tried it at home in Italy it was a different product. No lift effect no tension at all. I texted the vendor who has been chasing me from the very
day I went into the shop until I went back to buy..no answer at all. He disappeared. It is a scam. They invited you to test it and they give you a different product. For sure what I bought was different from what I experienced inside the mall. Do not buy.

The cream and peeling work really very good, take out the wrinkels. Is perfect for the events, if you want to look like 5 years yunger.

This company is the biggest rip-off I have ever encountered. I am totally dissatisfied with the products, which cost me a small fortune - and I have no recourse. The store doesn't even have a phone number. You people should be in prison for fraud.

My facial with Lexi was excellent and very relaxing. I will be coming back for her! As for the "closer" Talia in the front of the store...she began to pitch products to me before I even went into the room with Lexi for my facial. I highly suggest they curb this approach as a facial should be a relaxing treat, not to begin with,a client's experience by pitching products 😑. After my facial with Lexi, Talia did begin a new pitch. This time she also proceeded to apply "additional products" to my face which I wiped off. One of them was an under eye product which you do immediately feel tightening. However I did it need it or want it. By the time I got to my car it had dried and became a white overcast. Ughh, I had to find a wipe in my car to remove it further. I did end up purchasing 2 products which Lexi used "the age defying night mask" (product of the Netherlands) very emollient and the Vit C Glamlift serum (product of Italy). I will be back for Lexi 🫶

THIS BRAND IS A SCAM! They are connected to many other shops that all sell the same product under a different name. At my local mall, they operate under Hermetise, Trésor Rare, and Supreme- potentially more further into the mall. I work at a store directly across from one of the storefronts and ALL the employees from each location swap out in the middle of their shifts, transfer product from establishment to establishment, and they all act the same exact way: harassing people walking past them. These people will yell at you, ask you questions so you get close to them, and then they'll give you a "free gift": sometimes if you're lucky it's a foil packet of lotion, but usually it is a handful of salt so you have to walk inside the store to wash it off. Once you're locked in conversation with them they effectively trap you there and pressure you until you buy products. The products themselves are cheap private labeled products that are up-charged by hundreds of dollars. The "deal" you get is entirely fake- they make up an exorbitant price so that the "sale" price seems cheap in comparison. But it is all a SCAM. Bad products and even worse customer service. The only way they make money is by bullying people to buy. RUN AWAY!

Je crois que le produit en boutique n’est pas le même que l’on achete. Il n’a pas le même effet après 1 utilisation. Pub mensongère et excessivement cher . Je ne conseille vraiment pas !!!!

Don’t settle for anyone else because you will be disappointed.

This mall kiosk and store in Tallahassee, Florida uses high pressure sales tactics. They also refuse to offer refunds. When I tried to walk away and say I wasn't interested, the sales person became very pushy and "threw in" more products for the same price. I gave in and regret my purchase.
