Used this company about 6 weeks ago and regret doing so. The drop off part was good but the return was a nightmare. They made me wait nearly 30 mins for my car to return a when the arrogant driver dropped it off there was approx 10 stone chips in the bonnet of my new car that had immaculate paintwork. Got ignored when I phoned them several times and fobbed off. They ignored messages on their website and they finally replied via an email after 2 weeks with a dismissive and uninterested attitude. My photos upon collection show the damage and there pics on drop off show no damage. I am now left with damage to my paintwork.
I would only use this company if you don’t care about your paintwork

Absolutely awful! Unclear instructions when arriving. On pick up told to go to level 4..no further instructions. No signs to advise either. Finally found where we needed to be after advise from other companies. 1 of our cars had been left but no worker around with the key, had to wait for the other car & keys. To then be given a ticket and told to pay despite when booking it said everything was covered. And due to the staff not being their with the key when we arrived, it charged us for 45 minutes!!!! I would definitely avoid!

Happy about the experience been using a lot of different companies and I’m happy about this one, my car wasn’t moved every 5 second, always a response over the phone, I didn’t have to wait for too long which was a big point. I will use this company again next summer for sure

Great service. Used them twice recently. Trip was cut short and it was easy and quick to get the car returned earlier. Easy to get hold of and staff/car ready on time. Highly recommend

I have used Triangle multiple times and always been impressed with the service. Great communication, simple instructions, and always helpful drivers. Recently I happened to have Karim on my drop-off and pick-up and he was professional, friendly, and helpful. Called me to update on arrival as the car park was very busy. Great service and will definitely use again.

Second time using this service, always easy and good value

Proactive communication, friendly staff. I parked in the wrong place on arrival at Heathrow and that was no trouble.
A bit of a wait for car on return, but seemed quicker than other companies and it was quite busy.

I felt confident using this company from the start due to great communication. I was travelling out from one terminal and back to another so was a bit aprehensive but everything went like clockwork. I was told I had a flat battery when I called them on my return but they quickly resolved this and my car was ready for collection within 10 minutes. Unfortunately I had picked up the wrong suitcase and had to sort this out so I was delayed in getting to my car but the driver patiently waited and I was kept updated. A fabulous service and I would highly recommend!

Had to wait an hour for our car to be dropped of. I called multiple times and on each occasion I was told the driver was on the way. My car has a gps system and I could see that it was stationary...So obviously they were blatantly lying.

Shocking service. Wrong car brought on arrival, and I ended up paying the wrong car’s exit ticket at their yard. When we got there, our car’s window was left open and the driver had disconnected our dash cam (we have proof — and they’re not allowed to touch it). We also had to drive back from a place we shouldn’t have been, delaying our trip. Now they’re manager, Jama is ignoring my refund claim. Avoid.

I used Triangle parking to park at LHR for 7 days. The drop off was quick and I waited about 15 mins for the car once I'd reached the pickup point. However, I had no luggage and walk pretty fast, so not an unreasonable time to wait. The car had about 7 miles added to the odometer which seems fair assuming the car park was 3.5 miles away. Overall very happy with the service and would happily use again.

The car was delivered and collected on time, and the staff were extremely polite. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately and without hesitation. Highly recommended. We will definitely be choosing them again.

Really impressed with Triangle Parking. We use meet and greet at Heathrow when ever we travel and picked Triangle on this occasion as the price was good. I’m so glad we did as I felt they outdid every other company we’ve used before - purely due to fab communication. We had a text the day before confirming our terminal and flight details, on the day of our flight we had a call to confirm our ETA and they were really good about the fact we were running late due to traffic. the guy who picked up the car was super friendly. We had to wait a few minutes for our car to be returned but this was purely due to getting through passport control in record time… despite this, the driver called with an ETA when he was 5 minutes away so we knew exactly what was happening. I am super impressed and will look to use Triangle again.

Really friendly and proactively communicative.
Contacted me before to confirm the terminal and arrival. Both drop off and pick up was on time with no waiting.
By far the best experience I’ve had from lower budget meet & greet companies in the UK.

Really impressed with the service from this company. Booked it at a good price, received clear instructions and also received a follow up text explaining what I needed to do etc.
I rang the driver half an hour before as requested, I was greeted by a lovely chap who explained everything and took my car away. Had a very similar experience when picking the car up, I rang once I’d landed and then again once luggage was collected. Really pleased and would definitely use again.

They went to Heathrow T3 instead of Heathrow T5. Called multiple times, they said they are on the way after waiting for 20 minutes. Told them I will go to the toilet on next level up and back in 10 minutes. Came back and called. They said they been waiting for 30 minutes and driver had to go somewhere else. Driver turned up 1 hour after original time to collect car. Driver said car will be here on my return.
On return, I called and said I will pick up from T5. They done same mistake and brought my car after 1 hour.
Dont know why I gave 4 start review in June after having to wait for 1 hour on arrival

The service was just second to none. Everything was just perfect, from punctuality to friendliness. Will recommend you to all my friends.

we had an hour wait for our car, despite repeatedly telling them our flight times, calling when instructed etc. They are cheap for a reason. Just don't do it, they're not worth the saving.

Can highly recommend Triangle Parking which I booked last minute through SkyParkSecure for Heathrow Term 3. Their communication was excellent and on our return they called to say there was a long queue getting into the short stay car park so arranged to meet in the drop off area. Drivers where helpful and polite
