Guter Support
Leider hat sich meine Bestellung durch Lieferschwierigkeiten beim Hersteller stark verzögert – dafür konnte der Shop jedoch nichts. Der Kundenservice war durchweg freundlich, transparent und sehr bemüht, mir weiterzuhelfen. Besonders Peter war engagiert, hat mich regelmäßig über den Stand informiert und mir sogar ein kleines Extra beigelegt.
Am Ende habe ich die Bestellung storniert und die Rückerstattung schnell und unkompliziert erhalten. Der Shop hat professionell reagiert und macht insgesamt einen seriösen Eindruck.

We hebben een half jaar geleden een…
We hebben een half jaar geleden een zwembril gekocht bij A sports voor mijn dochter die aan wedstrijdzwemmen doet. Het elastieken bandje brak kort geleden af. Toen we ermee terug gingen bleek dat zij waarschijnlijk een bepaald lipje had moeten gebruiken om het bandje niet te laten breken. Alsnog kregen we van ASports een gloednieuwe zwembril 🤩. Wel met een duidelijke instructie aan mijn dochter; die heeft haar lesje duidelijk geleerd! Top service, kan niet anders zeggen!

Goede service gekregen van athlete sports world. Mijn bestelde helm liep vertraging op bij de dealer. Peter stuurde netjes berichtje over de status en zijn snel tot een vervangend model gekomen.
