TRIAT started out known as AthleteSportsWorld around 2010. Over the next 10 years, visiting races dragging a trailer load of gear, the community grew and the Amsterdam shop opened. Roll on to 2026 and we decided to focus the offer to a triathlon sports shop. A new location and website, but no change in ambition, helping folk with the best gear. From here, who knows? Welcome to the mad world of TRIAT.

Correcte afhandeling

De bestelling werd iets later geleverd. Ik heb gebeld daarvoor en kreeg gelijk te horen wanneer het geleverd zou worden. Omdat dit later was dan normaal, kreeg ik een korting bij de volgende aankoop. Het product paste niet. Nadat ik het product heb teruggestuurd, kreeg ik mijn geld terug. Ik moets wel betalen voor het terugsturen zoals ook in de voorwaarden staat.

Ik heb het horloge, Garmin 965 ontvangen. Wel ruim een week op gewacht en dan was de taal in het Fins en komdrn we er daarom nog een aantal dagen niet in...

Hallo Willem! Iets langer kan af en toe gebeuren. Sorry! Doen we liever sneller. En Fins? Bij de eerste keer opstarten word je gevraagd je taal te bevestigen! Niet te snel doen, haha, maar éérst Nederlands kiezen. Bij vragen kan je ons altijd berichten. Groet van Peter

Never again

Wacht al bijna 3 weken op mijn pakket. Ondertussen nog niks opgelost geen product ontvangen en geld is ook nog niet terug. Word beloofd dat het terug gestort is maar ondertussen blijf ik wachten…

Balen Jill! Dat doen we met je mee. Je pakket was kwijt, GLS kan het niet meer vinden en dan ben je terecht ontevreden. En dan is het ook nog eens lastig met het terugstorten van je geld als een chargeback van jou en een terugstorting van ons door elkaar heen gaan lopen. Volgende keer proberen we dat echt nóg beter op te lossen. Ah wacht, never again lees ik nu. Indien toch, dan toch. Oké? Groet van Peter

Oh dear, that went wrong. And we know why. In the Netherlands, we list house numbers differently than in Germany. So if you enter it and order it with the address as you did, the shipment will be returned to us. That's why we sent it to you again with the correct address. It takes a little extra time and costs us a little extra money, but then you get the service you deserve as a customer. Best regards from Peter
