From start to end they organised our trip very well , hotel accommodation which they provided was very clean and food was also very good. Driver was so helpful and cooperative. Suprika from trifete was always available for any help. Looking forward for more trips with Trifete.

I got fraud for 10k by one of the individual from travel company, who shared the package with lowest price tour package of Mysore & Ooty.
Then TriFete executive helped me at the end moment till late night to plan my trip and get the bookings done for cab and hotels with good service.
I really appreciate their service and follow up/ feedback on the service. If any issue if highlighted was addressed and was resolved asap.

It is budget friendly and staff's are helpful. Will recommend others for this if anyone planning for trip.

It was good, but the cab service can be improved.

The travel package was really great and budget friendly for 5 days 4 nights. The management and services were spot on. Really enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend them for future trips.

The trifete team is very supportive and specially Mr Rahul Sharma was supportive and attentive. He planned our trip in good way. The hotel in Lonawala is good, but the hotel in Mahabaleshwar is ok ok. On 1st night in Shivneri hotel, it was not having basic facility but then team changed our hotel on next day and we stayed in Shivay resort, it was ok compare to Shivnery. Food is ok and items are less but manageable. Our cab driver was big issue in trip and with support of Rahul Jee, he shown us some good places. In my recommendation the service are good and prices are also ok.

Overall good experience for Mahabaleshwar trip.stay was good.Hotel food is ok-ok you can give preference if you want.Recommended from my end.

I like More with our travel with Mr Hanumata the car driver,very supportive and kind person,hr has shown us maximum sightseeing in mahabaleshwar and panchgani.
Dislike is Staying in hotel shovneri,working staff was not clear in there work no proper information regarding the travellers booking room,we have booked 3 person room and they were given us 2 person room.
Senior citizen has to climb 2 floors we have asked for ground or first floor they were denied.no proper breakfast provided to us.seen few cockroaches in bath room as well in room.not hygiene. so basically not happy with staying in hotel.
