Full shower room renovation.
The space might not be big but the work was complex. Tony and Lewis worked well, fast and were accommodating of my ideas even when, at times, I challenged them a bit!
There were a few problems which they took in their stride and resolved without any further issues.
They make a great team, have a ton of patience and a 'can do' attitude.
I am thankful to them for turning my vision into reality.

Tony and Lewis did a fantastic job with refitting our upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The bathroom job was extensive and involved ripping everything out. I designed the space and wanted a contemporary tropical look. Their advice on layout and technical details was really helpful and the quality of workmanship top notch. The tiling was especially challenging but it looks incredible. Really happy with both jobs. Thank you.

The business owner is incompetent and charges exorbitant prices for subpar work. I would not recommend him under any circumstances, as he is both a bully and an arrogant individual

The company provided a high level of service. At the beginning they suggested a good way to redesign the layout of my bathroom and in their shop I was given the time to go through all the choices of what I would like to have done. When the time came for the new installation they worked efficiently to complete the whole project in just over over one week and they kept me updated from day to day. I was pleased with the quality of their workmanship.

The whole installation lasted 4 weeks which were as quoted. Tony and Lewis were always on time and kept us informed throughout. Although they had replace much of the old plumbing, they still managed to complete the project on time and within quoted costs. Definitely will use them again. We have in fact requested quotes for some additional work.

The process of our bathroom project started with meeting Lewis at the showroom in Chandlers Ford followed by a visit to our home by Lewis.
We approved the design and selected shower, tiles, floor and more from the showroom.
At the beginning of the install date we met Tony and another Lewis who carried out the work.
We returned from holiday to our brand new bathroom.
We are very pleased with the use of space and the quality of work by Tony and Lewis.

Lewis and Tony transformed a very tired and water damaged bathroom into a luxurious, fully tiled bath and shower room. The uneven flooring was all replaced and levelled. Floor and wall tiling was perfect with Lewis taking particular care to ensure that everything was exactly right and how we wanted it.

Excellent service from Trinity Bathrooms, they extended and redesign the layout of my shower room. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to use a local, reliable, independent bathroom specialist.
