Just kitted our youngest sons bedroom out, he/We weren't really sure what we wanted, the staff are so friendly and helpful (shout out to Dave for all his help!). Carpet was fitted this morning, assembled furniture arrived this afternoon and nothing has been too much trouble, our house is an old cottage with very steep stairs, but it was all delivered, carefully and the team have just been so helpfu, I won't go anywhere else now. This is a store that delivers both on price, quality with excellent service. I don’t generally leave reviews, but the team went above and beyond, so huge thanks.

I had heard of trio furnishing on free radio and thought I would give it a go. I needed a new sofa and mattress. During my visit the staff were so attentive and professional, and provided an excellent service. I am really happy with my sofa and the mattress, both are superb quality and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Trio furnishings. Happy shopping.

Ordered my new leather sofas today with Josh, had experience with Colin in the week before to get details on the suite.
Excellent service and knowledgeable gentlemen who nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered triple wardrobe plus chest and side table, delivered next day included and took it to the top floor of our 3 storey, it very solid and heavy so great service with lovely delivery men

I spent almost £2000 in store on 3 beds and they were all delivered in bits. I now have to try and find someone to help me assemble them and hope they are ok. I might just as well have ordered them more cheaply online. I thought by going into store I would receive better service. I have never ordered a bed before that was not assembled upon delivery. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping at this store again!

i got a 2 and 3 seater sofa about 9 month ago payed alot off money ot them and now the sofa have got rips in them the 2 seater no1 really go on it and the has got rips I got picture and when down they sed someone would come out so 2 weeks later someone did they got picture is well and 3 days later we got told that oh it's only wear and tear 9 month old sofa I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN they r happy to take yourr MONEY bout when it come to any issues they do not want to know
