Excellent sales and delivery. Always see these guys over 'mainstream' companies

I tried calling them about information about a sofa I bought.
First the telephone number keeps going to answer machine.
I've tryed calling about 10 times all this week.
And there email address is incorrect and undeliverable.
Becareful as I have not received my sofa yet. Very poor service.
I will have to travel to store to resolve a issue I could of done through email and phone.
In this day and age there phone line should work as its a business.

2 x Windsor dual motor riser recliner chairs purchased today.
Josh was very helpful with my elderly mum to find and choose the correct chairs for her. Offered lots of advice.
My Mum doesn't find it easy to choose furniture. Her current chairs are about 30 years old and are no longer fit for purpose.

They work hard and the furniture and carpets are good not to mention the beds

Slow delivery then when they eventually arrived brought wrong sofa couldn't get back out for me for a few days delivery driver wanted to bring it 1st drop but they wouldn't let him and even when they brought me the right sofa I don't think it was meant for me as it had someone else's name on the box. There has been no contact from the shop / manager the after sales support does not exist I had a message from them for me to ring and book the delivery why can't they just ring customers to book very poor. When the sofa was brought into my front room something was working on it luckily the helpful delivery guys managed to fix it for me there and then

We've shopped at Trio Store in Telford a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. Paul provided excellent customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Previously we have purchased carpets from them and was really pleased with the quality and service. Today, we went back and bought a new sofa and a picture, and once again, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
The stock selection is fantastic! plenty of choice, stylish options, and good value too. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality home furnishings and outstanding service!

Great shop in Telford!! We went at the weekend and bought a lovely corner sofa. It was already in stock and they were able to arrange delivery this week. The shop is huge and it has loads of unique things in there that you don't get everywhere else. The staff are lovely and are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will go back!

Family run, knowledgeable, interested, and so very accommodating. Nothing was too much for team Trio and after a day of trawling the usual retail park retailers, their attention to detail and value for money was exceptional. Before you visit Google or the usual suspects, let the lovely Trio staff help you. You won’t be disappointed.

We were unsure and the expertise from staff was fabulous ♥️
We brought a new sofa and Also came out with some cushions could not resist.

Once we have decorated the bedroom we will be back for sure for bedroom furniture.

I didn’t realise they also fit carpets and we got delivery too thrown in.

We recently purchased a large foot stool, Paul couldn’t be more helpful & all staff. Been going here for years to get our carpets.
Great family run business

Service very poor staff rude. Ordered wardrobes and waited 3 months for their arrivals. Delivery staff were the worst as they said our wardrobes would not fit the door and yet we have 3 seater bigger than the wardrobes. Place smell of BO and will not go there again.

Had a great experience here, the staff were very helpful and helped us get a very good deal on a mattress :)

Paul was really helpful and went the extra mile and was really patient with myself and my partner. I would fully recommend Trio Furnishings, the staff are polite and attentive. Would shop here again.
