Very disappointing experience with Trio Rent a Car.

This is the only rental company I have ever used that has charged me a separate fee for the car being “dirty” on return. What makes this worse is that this charge was never clearly presented beforehand, and I could not find any reference to such a fee in the rental contract or in any guidance provided to me.

I also strongly disagree with the way the alleged damage was handled. During the return inspection, the agent physically manipulated the mudguard while checking it, and in my view the force used during that inspection may well have caused more damage than whatever was supposedly there beforehand.

Unexpected charges of this kind should be clearly disclosed before the rental, not introduced at the end of the process. Based on my experience, the return inspection and charging process lacked transparency and left me with very little confidence in the company. Even to this date, they have failed to provide an accurate existing damage report, fuel and mileage were also recorded wrong.

I would not use Trio Rent a Car again nor recommend it to somebody else.

Livrare prompta a masinii, curata, acte incheiate fara intarziere pentru preluare, fara incidente sau probleme ulterioare, comunicare usoara cu personal ul companiei.

Am fost surprins ca o firma 100 % romaneasca sa ofere astfel de servicii . Masini noi , customer care ireprosabil. Nu sunt ieftini dar ofera servicii top pentru suma platita . Cu siguranta o sa revin . Felcitiari echipei

Son profesionales y buena gente al recoger el coche me atendió Andrada y al dejar el coche me atendió George para los dos nota 10 👌👌ellos profesionales los coches muy buenos empresa muy buena unos 6 veces que alquilo con ellos y muy muy contenta muchas gracias!!!

They gave me an old car that wasn’t
accelerate. All the cars behind me were beeping. Bad experience. I don’t know how they are allowed to rent a car in that condition. Even in Africa they have better cars. Is this an European country ? Pfff

They told me that car was a third party rented as they had no car left, that’s a bullshi upgrade. Do you want me to explain you what’s an upgrade ?! That car had the engine failure light on board I have the photo. I was in danger as the car wasn’t accelerate when I had to over take an obstacle and the cars were coming from the opposite side. They would not be able to replace the car as long as they gave me a car that was sub rented from a third company. Honestly an upgrade would have been a car free of charge if they want to have customers in the future. Saying was an upgrade makes me more angry and offended.
