On the phone
On the phone, we went to buy 4 tickets to get home after being cancelled on our original flight.
We started the transaction. After they took $1,149.00 they said they couldn’t get 4 seats, just 2. We said that we needed to cancel the transaction. We were told that they would return the money. That was March 30th 2025.
Here it is June 10th and we still have not received our refund.
They have given us the runaround and hang up on us.
Mind you, we have never been nasty to them. We just want our money back for the service that THEY could not provide.
They say a supervisor will call us. They never do. There is never a manager or supervisor in. So they say. We do have an email from Max Anderson saying that they do owe us a refund. That was 5 weeks ago.
Now they have blocked my husbands number. We called on my phone this morning and we were told a supervisor will be there in 3 hours.
I guarantee that there will be the runaround again.
Trip fares are fraudulent and I will be turning them into better business bureau.
