Everything was well arranged. Few issues with a contractor in Madurai who provided substandard vehicle but it was corrected promptly.
Most drivers were excellent, courteous and safe.
Airlines are substandard but short flights were not a problem.

Vijay and his team offer first rate guiding and transport. He cares about his customers on a personal level and wants them to get to know India during their visit. The one day excursion from Delhi to Agra is especially worthwhile. Great tours of the Taj and fort and a nice buffet lunch in between. A good experience we would recommend to any one.

My group went on a trip for almost 10 days in India and we asked Vijay to help us with hotel bookings. It's so caring of VJ to check in on us sometimes to make sure everything is good. He also contacted the hotels to make sure we had good experience there!

We went on quite a long trip and we're all not familiar with Indian traditional food and VJ recommended and helped us to book the hotels serving the food that suits our tastes. From this trip, there's at least one thing I got confirmed that food is really really important when you go on a long trip. Luckily we're recommended to stay in those hotels with familiar taste of food, we could eat and had enough energy to go on such a long trip with long rides on the road.

Overall, the services in hotels is good! Of course, there're still some minor things in the hotels to be improved, but it's for hotel's side, VJ did his best to help us and we really appreciate that!

We rented a car with driver that waited us at New Delhi airport took us in a wonderful tour in India. New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Mount Abu, Udaipur. Good car, plenty of space for 11 people. Our lugadges were safe in the car with the driver that expected us while we visited the tourist attractions. I recommend Vijay Srinivasan, Tripkonnect Journeys.

Amazing experience using Tripkonnect Journeys Pvt Ltd company for a trip in Rajasthan for 9 days with my family and some friends. I recomand this company for the implication and seriosity for making our tour exactely like we wanted. Great drivers and clean cars made the trip for hundreds of kilometers more relaxing and safe. Our tour was from New Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, Puskar, Jodhpur, Mound Abu and Udaipur.

Eight of us, including my family and my brother's, travelled through India mid Jan - Feb of 2023. We were highly recommended to Tripkonnect and Vijay through my cousin, so we didn't seek out any other travel agents for this trip. I should note that all of us are widely travelled and we have an eye for detail, so we began with very high expectations.
Overall, Vijay provided an excellent service. He was quite communicative and responsive - there were a few small hiccups during the planning stage such as name spellings, etc.- but these were remedied in time. Through detailed itinerary plans and via a very nice trip booklet that Vijay put together, he was able to provide a clear picture of what we could expect. Albeit our short time in India (3 weeks), he was able to give us a relatively broad overview of the cities/areas we visited (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai, Goa, Chennai). We were impressed that as the owner of the company, he was still so involved on an ongoing basis - he even took us out for a dinner on one of the evenings in Delhi. It was clear that he did attempt to treat his clients "like extended family members" as he told us. We appreciated that.
With regard to the actual tours: the guides overall were insightful, well versed and quite knowledgable about the history and culture that surrounded the sites we visited, and our drivers were road-safe, and pleasant. A special mention goes out to Bharat, Anand, and Shyamal, who displayed class, empathy and patience as guides working with Adults AND children. I'd also like to recognize Vimal (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) and Suresh (Chennai), who were our good humoured drivers (both spoke very good English, also!). The only downside of the touring experience was the sales experience at the 'Government Sanctioned' wholesaler shops. While there was certainly some excellent traditional product (rugs, carvings, clothes, etc.) at these shops, and it was interested to see the processes, after a couple of these visits we became quickly tired of the sale pitches. We (particularly the ladies) had hoped to shop at bazaars where the locals shopped. This didn't happen until Chennai, our last stop.
Since this was the first trip to India for our families, my brother and I wanted to 'soften' the India experience for them, so as to encourage them to return. So we opted for 5-star hotel accommodations through Tripkonnect. I will say that the service and food was top-notch overall through the hotels we stayed at (Trident, Le Meridien, Park Hyatt, Heritage Village Resort). However, having stayed at 5-star hotels elsewhere (and some very good 4 stars) I was a little disappointed at a few things. I realize that this may go beyond the scope of this review of Tripkonnect, but I think it's important to mention a one thing, so that the conversation around this is initiated in general. I was very surprised that none of the hotels catered to families with regard to the setup of the rooms. There were no family suites (Vijay suggested we book 2 rooms, but this was prohibitively expensive) and with the exception of the Heritage Village, the kids programs overall were superficial and not engaging. I find this all very strange, given the number of families that travel to India. There were other issues at some of the hotels, which made me question the 5 star designation, but these we have addressed directly to the hotels. Again I realize that Vijay and Tripkonnect have little control over these things but I thought I should mention the room issue here. At the end of the day, we enjoyed the stays at the hotels (albeit our cramped rooms!) primarily because the staff and food was excellent.
At the end of the day, we greatly enjoyed our tour. There are things I would do differently next time, but ultimately, I would recommend Vijay and Tripkonnect to others. We particularly appreciated his personal involvement and ongoing flexibility for making changes in the itinerary, even as the trip proceeded. thanks for this, Vijay!

Vijay from Tripkonnect Journeys booked our hotel in Rishikesh,Raga on the Ganges. He got us a good deal. However I was unwell. The hotel was average but the service provided by Vijay was very good.
When I had to cut my trip short due to a medical emergency,Vijay talked to the management and got us a 2 days refund. Will book through them again.

My family and I just returned from a two-and-a-half week sightseeing trip in north India that was orchestrated by Vijay Srinivasan. I highly recommend Vijay and his company, Tripkonnect Journeys, to anyone who might be planning a visit to India. Vijay has decades of experience in the travel business, and it is evident in the expertise he brings to planning and customizing a sightseeing itinerary, as well as his hands on attention during the trip. I know that in addition to India, he also has expertise in creating travel packages from India to other parts of the world, such as Europe, the Far East, and Australia.
Vijay was recommended to me by a close friend when I asked him for advice on creating a sightseeing trip in North India for me and my family, visiting from the USA, where we live. Vijay listened carefully to our sightseeing objectives, asked questions, made a few suggestions for alternatives that matched our objectives better than our own initial thoughts, and then came back with an itinerary that we adopted with just a couple of minor changes, a testament to his skill in crafting an itinerary. We visited Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Amritsar, Dharamshala, and did a two-day trek into the Himalayas from Dharamshala. The drivers, guides and accommodations that Vijay selected were excellent. Vijay was very hands on for the entire duration of our trip, checking in with us frequently to make sure that everything was satisfactory, and making adjustments on the fly as needed. One aspect that was particularly noteworthy is that Vijay himself, as well as all the people who took us around during the trip, are very attuned to the requirements of Western tourists of both Indian and non-Indian origin.
We will definitely use Vijay’s services again when we visit India for sightseeing again.
