It’s a scam, DO NOT BUY HERE, I send payment, it’s took one month for it to have any processed, and after that, they will ask for a ‘refundable pending insurance fee’, which clearly a scam. And I never get my package nor knowing it existed.

I placed an order for a flag on 11/10. The confirmation email stated: “Typically an order ships when all items are ready and it can take 5–8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped.”

It has now been 17 days, and I still have not received the item. I needed this flag for an event on Sunday. I have emailed the company and left two voicemails—with absolutely no response.

Their customer service is abysmal, essentially nonexistent. Do not use this company.

The worst online store on the f planet. Been trying to place an order for months now. They gave me a fake tracking number that doesnt even register. Not even a real or correct number. Canada Post says its incorrect. Do not buy off these stupid f losers. Now im going to sue the shit outta these bastards.

Total incompetency, Don't do business with this unorganized, sloppy, unprofessional bunch of goofs. NO, NO, NOI, STAY AWAY, RIP OFFI have records of the money transfer and records of the bank account being debited and they can't find it. One guy says it can take a while, another says it shows immediately, right away. Someone is lying or incompetent or both. They then say I will have to get my bank to reverse the transfer???? So there was a transfer? If their product is anything like their customer service you will get nothing.

I ordered two posters. Received an email saying the items were delayed. After that no more communications despite several attempts on my part. I just requested that they cancel my order and refund my money or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I wish I had looked into these review before purchase. I ordered a month ago and my package was never sent. I had to go do a refund through my bank and open a dispute. Definitely a scam

Bad company overall its been two weeks and I've called and emailed and have not gotten a response, I called my bank and submitted a claim....guess who has the exact same posters I wanted to order.....Walmart, they'll be here by Friday....don't order from these guys, you wont receive it and customer service is non existent.

Actually do not use. Complete scam and said they delivered the product then told UPS I refused delivery and they tried to deliver the product to London when the address states Scotland. Just a total scam and complete con artists. Go through your bank for a refund if it does happen to you

I had an incredible experience with this store! The customer service was truly outstanding. Due to some delivery issues, I faced a few challenges, but they went above and beyond to help me receive my package. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. In the end, I got my beautiful Sun Catcher, and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this shop.

OMG! This store is a Trip, right back into my days. I ordered from them for my granddaughter last year two tapestries and they are beautiful and she hung them in her room. This year on her wish list is the Good Hands Blanket and it's beautiful. This store is more reliable than other big stores. I Love this Trippy Store! Thank You. Veronica Tellez.

horrible shipping. nothing else to say. Dont say it ships within 3-5 days when my package took almost a month and a half to get here. unacceptable for any company. completely false information, i was so close to calling my bank and opening a claim. This company has so much potential but are just ran by lazy individuals.

I ordered some posters but didn’t get a tracking number so I canceled and never heard from them or got my money back.

I ordered 3 posters and all were delivered with care and excellent packaging. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended.

My experience was similar to many of the other reviews here. Unfortunately, I didn’t look into the company further until after I placed my order. Items did show up on my doorstep one month after I placed the order. For the price I paid for a fleece blanket, I expected much different quality. In fact, when I saw how small and light the package was, I assumed it only contained the poster that was part of my order. So I was pretty surprised (and disappointed) to open it and see a thin rolled up “blanket.” I hold myself somewhat accountable for being naive and not researching the company more before giving them my money. I am mostly upset because this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my niece (whose birthday has come and gone already) and I am now an embarrassed aunt. This gift was not worth the wait, but it is what it is. Moral of the story: If you want to order from TrippyStore, keep your expectations low and know that you’ll likely be waiting a long time.
