This company is one of the worst to purchase a ticket . My experiemce with Trips and Holidays has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made a payment for a ticket and they managed to charge extra based on terms they never mentioned before. It felt like they were making up rules as they went along.
Their customer service is just as bad. They talk nicely for you to make payment and keep mesaaging you on wassup, but the moment you actually meed help, they ignore you completely. I was put through absolute hell by one of their agents called STELLA, who made everything even more stressful instead of resolving anything.
This company does not care about its customers , they are unreliable, unprofessional and incredibly frustrating to deal with.
I strongly advice everyone to avoid purchasing tickets from them to save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values its customers.
