Winter Wonderland
My children enjoyed their favourite music on request and the questions asked about London city. The service was good as we had carrier bags for our rubbish. The driver was thoughtful about the delay on traffic, he let us have extra time. Me and my kids had a lovely time we will definitely be coming on more trips.

Had an amazing day with trips and tours…
Had an amazing day with trips and tours …Aliya was lovely, kept us entertained on the coach kept us updated about traffic and our eta. Very punctual, picked up on time, both coming and going.
Will definitely be recommending family and friends. Felt very safe especially if your like me and abit nervous about travelling. It was amazing having someone with you every step of the way. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Impeccable Service
This is the 4th trip me and my family have been on with Aliyah. We are always returning customers because her service is prompt, reliable and overall enjoyable. If ever we are running slightly over schedule due to unforeseen traffic etc, Aliyah is always accommodating and makes up for lost time at the end. Thank you Aliyah for being a great host.

Rubbish tour company
They take your money and don't seat you on the coach. Their website is rubbish and takes your money without sending an email confirmation. They never reply when you message them for help and when they do eventually reply, just tell you to message their number. Useless and not a very good tour company. They charge extra on their website as well. Use another company because this one is not that good.

After thoroughly investigating your claims, we found no record of any payment or reservation under your name for any of our trips. All payments we receive are directly linked to confirmed reservations, and we have not identified any such transactions associated with your details.
In addition, we have reviewed all correspondence via our websites contact form, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. We make every effort to respond to all customer enquiries promptly, and our support team is available across multiple channels to assist with any concerns.
Regarding email confirmations, these are automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. If you didn’t receive one, it may have been an issue with the email address entered or it could have gone to your spam/junk folder.
As for our pricing, we are transparent about any additional fees that may apply, and these are clearly outlined during the booking process to ensure there are no surprises. If there was any misunderstanding or confusion, we would be happy to clarify and assist further.

Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience. We went to torquay with trips and tours UK we loved it so much. Cornwall trip
I took part in the Cornwall tour between 25th and 27th August 2024 and it wasn’t as expected (the places we visited were really nice though). Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the advert was very misleading and it was not made clear that the hotel will be between one and two hours away from the main attractions. This is not something that you would think about when booking a trip, so I didn’t ask before joining. When I told them about my disappointment with this the response I got was “you were welcome to ask any questions before the trip”. Day 2 we spent 4 hours in total on the coach between 10am and 8:30pm.
Also, no regard was given to people from different cultures which was very disappointing. I invited my friend from Italy to take part in this tour and we were very excited about it, but at the end of the trip we were both very disappointed. She specifically came to Birmingham for this tour. I also invited my cousin and her daughter from Wales to join us. I shared this trip with other friends of mine but they couldn’t come and to be honest I am glad the didn’t. On Day 1 they only played Asian music assuming that everyone is happy with this. And it was very very loud. Imagine 6/7 hours on the coach like this with loud music. If you are thinking about sleeping, you can forget it. I don’t mind hearing or learning about other cultures but they should be more considerate I think. Day 2 and 3 the situation did improve as they told us that we can send our own songs to be played but it did go back to their original playlist again.
Also, don’t expect it to be a guided tour as you will be taken to places and they will tell you to explore on your own, which is fine but there should be more transparency so that someone can come prepared. Since the signal is bad over there, it was also very difficult to research places to see what to do during the free time given (especially on day 1 when we went to St Ives). Overall there was a lack of honesty and transparency. I think for one day trips is fine but definitely not for trips longer than 1 day. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless you don’t mind spending so much time on the coach to reach places.
The hotel was in Liskeard and it was a Premier Inn so don’t expect much from it and you will be sharing a room with 3 other people unless you pay extra to have your room with less people. The room was very small and you could hardly breathe in there. There was a bad smell the whole time.
Also, I heard other people during the trip complaining about the price and the location of the hotel, so believe me, I wasn’t the only one unhappy.
Finally, their customer service is not good at all as no regard is given if you are unhappy with the experience or service offered.

Firstly, we sincerely regret that you felt the tour did not offer good value for money. We strive to ensure our advertisements are clear and accurate. We provide all customers with the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the tour, and these questions are always answered with honesty and integrity.
Your feedback regarding the accommodation is also taken very seriously. We partner with reputable hotels to offer comfortable stays, but we will review the room arrangements and the issues you faced to ensure they meet our standards. Our choice of accommodation in Liskeard is based on both quality and value, and we understand that the distance from some attractions may have impacted your experience. However, as we cover a vast number of attractions, it is not always possible to stay in close proximity to all of them. That said, a significant amount of planning and research goes into the itinerary to allow our group to experience each attraction to the fullest without compromising the schedule. We are happy to take your comments on board and will aim to improve the itinerary to minimise time spent on the coach wherever possible.
Regarding the music selection, we are deeply sorry if it made you feel uncomfortable. We provide all guests with the opportunity to send a selection of songs they would like to be played, which you did, and we played your list to accommodate you. We want to reassure you that our aim is to create an inclusive environment for all guests.
We also apologise that you felt the travel time was extended on Day 2. However, we covered two attractions and planned a lovely meal for the group at a restaurant. As you are aware, halal food was a requirement for the group, and this was extremely limited at the attractions we planned to visit on Day 2. Our guide, Aliya, checked in with everyone via text and, after receiving a majority response, including yours, arranged for the group to go to a restaurant for a nice meal. I believe you had not accounted for the travel time to the restaurant, which may have contributed to your feeling; however, it was gratifying to see that the group thoroughly enjoyed their meal, as did you. The itinerary is carefully planned to consider many factors, including the opening hours of attractions, but we take your comments on board and will aim to improve the itinerary to minimise time spent on the coach wherever possible.
We appreciate your point about the tour being more self-guided than you expected. Our tours are designed to provide a balance of guided commentary and independent exploration. Additionally, we understand the frustration caused by limited phone signal in remote areas and will consider how we can better assist guests in planning their free time.
Lastly, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our customer service. We pride ourselves on our service, and it is disheartening to learn that we did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that we are looking into this matter to ensure that all customers feel heard and valued.

Cornwall 3 day trip
I went to Cornwall with Trips and Tours and had a really good time. The trip was packed with travel to all of Cornwalls popular destinations -St Ives, St Michael's mount, Minack theatre, and more.
Aliyah was our tour guide. She talked to us all, made sure the coach journey was filled with fun and games and was lovely and patient throughout. I had a leg injury and Aliyah would regularly ask how I was and organised a taxi for me to make the walk to the minack theatre easier for me.
I felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip and will definitely be booking more trips with Trips and Tours.
