Before joining trojan coaching I was struggling in the gym and with my diet didn't really know what I was doing.

Say troy and his team on tiktok and reached out, within a day or 2 I got a reply and arranged a meeting with one of the guys. They took me thought everything I needed to know and they took in all the information they needed to make the plan fit into what I wanted to achieve,

Can not recommend these guys enough they take the time to listen and from that they give you a great plan for both gym and nutrition. The team are always available to talk and give weekly updates on how you are doing.

If you are looking to get in better shape or lose weight I can not recommend these guys enough great team all around.

Thank you for the support and the program, I saw myself progress a lot at the gym and I am so much more aware of my diet. The check ins were a great way for me to stay on track and stay accountable. Troy is an outstanding fitness coach who brings expertise, motivation, and a personalised approach to every session. He understands my goals and crafts workouts that push me to achieve my best. His encouragement keeps me focused and driven, and the results speak for themselves. Under Troy’s guidance, I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The weekly messages asking what im doing for the weekend give it the personal touch.

Before signing up with Jake as my coach, I was struggling with a shoulder injury that I had been trying to train through for over six months. The pain got so bad that I had to stop going to the gym altogether. Jake not only helped me train around the injury but also worked with me to build strength in my shoulder. Now, I’m completely pain-free in the gym—something I never thought would be possible.

Jake also helped me achieve a new physique I didn’t even know I was capable of. Losing weight and building this level of fitness has become my new norm, all thanks to his guidance. He really takes the time to listen, understand your problems, and adapt both your training and diet to fit your lifestyle. This approach made the whole process feel so achievable, not overwhelming.

Ever since I joined Trojan Coaching at the beginning of the year working with Troy, I have noticed a difference. Troy was with me every step of the way by way of being encouraging, building a workout program for me to accomplish my goals, having a nutrition plan set in place for me, having an app to log all of my workouts, meals, daily check ins and weekly check in’s. Troy gives consistent feedback on my weekly check in’s and also will compare them from previous weeks where you too can see how much has changed. One of the best choices/investments I ever made for myself was hiring Trojan Coaching to get me to reach my goals…and I am still going strong! 💪 So would you say I would recommend Trojan Coaching??? The answer to that is HELL YEAH!!!

I’ve been with Trojan coaching for the last six months, with Jake as my primary coach, but also a lot of communication with Troy. I would highly recommend this coaching service over others because both coaches really commit to seeing you make progress. They know what they’re talking about and when to make changes to the plan if necessary. Everything is easy to follow, regular communication is always upheld. For me, I mainly needed accountability and a good plan to help me get back on track with training and nutrition, and being part of Trojan coaching has really helped with that. I’ve toned up and put on a lot of muscle quickly since joining the team. I really couldn’t fault anything about how it’s run, if you’re motivated to get fit, Trojan coaching will help you get there much quicker for sure.

I've been with Troy and the team at Trojan Coaching for the last year or so. Working with Troy has given me so much. I have so far lost 17kg and did a fitness photoshoot which was one of the best experiences in my life so far. It was great working with Troy over the past couple of months and to show off what we have been working on was really really good and very rewarding as I never thought my physique would be good enough for a shoot! The shoot was also very special to me as I got to meet Troy in person and it also show cased how far I have gotten in my fitness journey.Thanks to Troy we have worked together through many ups and downs and few setbacks in my life to get to the point where I am now in my fitness journey and I couldn’t be happier!

I was not new to online coaches before signing up with Troy.. For me it was all about the accountability.

When starting with Troy, he clearly set out a workout program tailored to my needs. He also set out a clearly laid out meal plan.

The app that he has is a nice touch and full of features. I didn't need to use most of the features but was good for tracking workouts and for me that was what the main goal to achieve. Though again a wealth of info available in the app, which would prove very useful to many people.

Troy's checkins was on point and gave an honest feedback on how my week went. He also reached out outside the check in if I hadn't checked in, to see if all was OK. That for me shows he is takes that extra step to make sure that my well being was OK outside the checkins
