I have been a Trollbeads lover for 20 years. I have never had any problems with service anywhere. I currently live in Ireland, so I am forced to buy trolls from a UK online store. This is the second time I have encountered the same situation where I pay for an order, but then I do not receive it. The customer service department creates false information. They offer a refund, but I cannot take it because they refund the incomplete amount (this has already happened). Be careful.

Having ordered a Troll Beads bracelet for a wedding gift . It arrived stuffed in a box that was too small and it was tarnished. We sent it back at a cost of over £8 Troll Beads offered us a polishing cloth to the value of £2. in compensation

Firstly, we have already returned the bracelet at a cost of nearly £9 English pounds. We have purchased a new bracelet from Acotis Jewellery, as you can see from the attached photograph it arrived in nice packaging and clean.

I am further insulted that a company that I believed was very professional should insult me even further with a polishing cloth to the value of £2 to make up for the disgusting customer service I and my wife have received. Have your standards dropped that low that you assume I want a free gift and in response you offer a £2 polishing cloth?

I am even further saddened by your dreadful response.
Acotis Jewelry sent our bracelet in nice packaging and the bracelet was sparkling.
