These guys are great. It did take a long time for my phone to reach them, but that was fault of the USPS. As soon, and I mean as soon, as they received it, I received by payment in PayPal. Best price with good service. These are the guys if you want to sell your cell phone.

Received more money than what Apple would have offered as trade in, even when the iPhone XR I sent in got a lower cash payout due to worn battery. They did take over a week after receiving iPad and iPhone to review and payout, experience could be even better if they sent e-mails or one could check online the estimated time of review and payout on any particular order.

Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone.
Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up.
Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation.
I received the agreed amount the next day.
