Ignored for 8 Months — No Support from Tronscan.I have been a verified TronLink wallet user and long‑term TRON ecosystem participant. Eight months ago, I submitted a detailed scam report to the TRONSCAN Support Center regarding suspicious activity on a TRON account address. I provided complete forensic evidence, transaction history, screenshots, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Despite being a legitimate user with continuous crypto activity and long‑term investment history, my report was completely ignored. I never received any acknowledgment, follow‑up, or resolution.
Recently, I returned to the TRONSCAN Support Center to check the status of my report. The “Submit a Request” button has been removed entirely. There is now no way for users to open support tickets, follow up on old reports, or contact the team directly.
This raises serious concerns about TRONSCAN’s ability to protect users from scams, phishing, malicious contracts, and fraudulent addresses. The platform handles financial‑related data and is used by millions, yet it offers no proper support, no verified Trustpilot presence, and no accountability.
For a blockchain explorer that the community relies on, removing direct support is unacceptable. I hope Trustpilot can help bring attention to this issue so TRONSCAN can restore proper support and take scam reports seriously.

Scam, lost $300 . Use it to exchange Tron into BTC . Nothing . Also no support reply . Why official authorities don't shut them down I don't understand.

I have written many times to tronscan.org to help resolve the issue which is still not resolved. A scammer has opened an account on my name showing my stolen funds in tron cold wallet. They are blackmailing me to pay them to release my funds. Customer services for tron wallet are unwilling or unable to help in my situation.

I met a person online, where they claimed me to give usdt in binance from tronscan. I paid him in wallet & he gave me from tronscan.org server. But later tronscan server pulled all the usdt tether from my binance & usdt balance end up nil

Achtung die Seite Tronscan.best ist Scam. Tronscan.org ist der Tronscan Explorer bei dem die Transaktion im Tron Netzwerk verfolgt werden können.
Eine Auszahlung funktioniert bei Tronscan.best nur einmal und danach werden 5000 TRX verlangt für eine weitere Auszahlung. Das sind ca. 600€.
Ist Scam wie viele andere neue Apps die gerade aus dem Boden schießen.

I started with Tronscan 2 weeks ago - reinvesting the profits it poured out based on the 9, 11, 13% per day. Trying a test withdraw I was quoted to increase my volume with 2.000 TRX to keep the mining going????

I already more than doubled my volume with the daily profits - why do I have to invest more to withgdraw?

This does not corespond with the information provided within Tronscan's network.

Careful - not logical - SCAM!!!

Contacting support I was repeatedly PRESSED to invest more in order to clear the lock within my account - VERY UNUSUAL and not very serious!!

With other networks like DCTPG everything works as stated.

I transferred TRX from Binance to Tronlink to convert it to USDT and send it to Coinbase to cash out.
On Tronlink, conversion occurs using sunswap.com
After the conversion, I lost my $43 and no one from the support could help me get my money back.

Doesn't effectively respond to reports of scam addresses.
