Great service and quick
Great service. The medals I ordered were out of stock due to Covid-19. Graham messaged me and said he had sourced an alternative which were of a higher quality but he didn’t charge any extra.. The free engraving is a lovely extra touch. Would definitely use again.

As for the payment gateway we have had other customers use it OK and we have just checked it and worked OK. If the right info for debit/credit card is not input correct it will be declined to security reason
