I have been following TRT method for a number of years and have found it invaluable in handling and training my young warmbloods from foals to under saddle and beyond.

The TRT Method program is amazing training and supreme support and so much contact and active staff support. This business is all about positive training of horses and supporting clients through every exercise and challenge. The training modules, community groups, and live Q&A and printable worksheets and quides are so supportive. The cost is reasonable for average income. Tristin is so clear and thorough in demostrating and explaining his training with many videos and case studies.

Tristan and his team, through the courses and curated Q&A sessions, have been a huge help to me and my horses. Tristan's approach resonated with me when I started to see his social posts at a time when I was struggling with the horse I ride most, That was over two years ago and through following Tristan's approach I've not just been able to form a better connection with my horse, but also found a better horseman within myself.

The way his approach is set out through remote learning is easy to navigate and the video content is well explained. The TRT community is equally important in helping users to understand what they are doing right as well as wrong, and how to improve with their individual horses. I highly recommend the TRT Method.

I love TRT and the videos <3 and having a community to get real live feedback is just amazing. At first I knew that I liked TRT, but never wanted to spend the time to watch the videos and learn. But then I did, and it helped me so so much. And the community is so supportive. It's awesome. Definitely worth the investment for those that are wondering!!

Tristan and his team are great people that understands the horses and their owners (caregivers). In that way they can really help you. Because you can only really help them if you understand both.

I would highly recommend Tristan and the TRT method. This method completely transformed my horse from being crazy nervous and not being able to do anything with him to him being able to understand that he can relax on his own. The more you practice it and watch the videos, the more knowledge you will get out of it and the more you will understand it. It took me a bit to really understand what Tristan was looking for and that I wasn't controlling his calm but allowing him to find his calm. Once I figured that out, everything clicked. That came from me watching and analyzing what he was doing and looking for in the horse every time he sent out a video of him working on the horse. I love that I can rewatch the online course and then go out and practice. I have learned so much from TRT, and I am building a relationship with my horse I never had before. I only wish I had found Tristan and the TRT method sooner. I highly, highly recommend his courses.

I bought a 2.5 year old whose body was a little too big for his brain. It was a different experience starting him than with other horses I've brought along. Signing up for TRT helped me gain confidence on the ground and helped him find his balance. He's now 3.5 years old and going well under saddle and he enjoys his time with people which is the most important thing. Well worth the investment as the insight you gain will be with you forever.

I got to know my horse in all aspects. Building relationship strong. Gave me new knowledge about horses in general. New ways off handling “problems”. Knowledge about have my horse moves on its legs and have I can help my horse to get self control in the bony and in the Braine. My horse learns bye starting to think and uses mentally. Amazing and something that helps me as a leader off the horse. It gives me as a rider self confidence and makes me relax in the sadel in the area an and on tour in the nature. I use all TRT Tools and it helps a lot to work with them and it gives my horse experience with noises and being all around my horse. I love my rope halter, that thing is so important in training, leading to the field or as an extra safeguard on top off my bridle with the bit when I am at new plays / competitions. It do the ground work before getting on and my horse gets relaxed and in focus. So I TRT is gets My highest recommendations 🤩

TRT has genuinely changed the way I approach horses. What I particularly value is the focus on understanding tension, awareness and the horse’s emotional state, rather than simply correcting behaviour.
I’ve been applying the principles with particularly sensitive, reactive horses and the changes in thier ability to process pressure, release tension and regulate have been fascinating.
Tristan gives you a framework, but also encourages you to observe, think and develop your own feel. For me, that’s what good horsemanship should be about.

I have benefited from the life time membership option because some things happened with one of my horses and I was not able to continue right away. When he was healed, I was able to go back and start over for a refresher and then pick up where we left off. Being able to go through the modules at your own pace is perfect. Not all of my horses progress at the same pace.

Having Q&A sessions is so very helpful in making me feel successful and able to progress through challenges. Tristan has answered my question live and that felt like getting a personal one on one. But I also learn from other people's questions and challenges.

Having space to chat with others has been encouraging at times when I was feeling discouraged. There are some amazing people in there that have always said the right things or have provided links to information from past videos.

The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because things got moved around and it became harder to find things because they weren't where they had been. I hope that is not something they do often as it was and still is frustrating. I often learn where something has been moved to from the chat because it is not always intuitive.

I have shared TRT with others and I hope for their continued success and growth.

I have seen Tristan in Netherlands and I bought his method 4 years ago. I was a rider for a long time but I had to improve the connection and it comes from the ground where a lot was missing. This method helps me so much to understand the horse and to improve even if I had a lot to go on. The huddle is very clear. I loved the part with Alizee Froment also 🥰

I have been working with horses for 35 years and I am always searching to improve my training/communicating with horses... I found it with the TRT method! It has been such a transformation in my training and communicating with my horses!

I have a mare, own breed which was so spooky that I lost all confidence. She was allways tensed, even on the field. After bying TRTmethod, I started working with her, not even very intense and I have a whole ohter horse now. She still has her moments, but I can take her tense away and continue without running around in the arena or even comming down. I trust on the methode and love riding again.

The course is detailed and technical in the best way, so I'm learning a lot while feeling supported along the way.

I didn't expect to find this much support in an online course. I'm dealing with real people who are always available and who genuinely listen. There is a community where I can share my problems and my wins, and everyone is supportive.

It works! The system is clear and understandable. Individual cases that show how to adapt to different types of horses, the fantastic demonstration as events and the short video clips as well as the blog/pdf helped me to be clear and consistent. I think the Q and A is a useful format. I always find clues that I can think about. The community is really supportive.

As a new 4 years old arabian owner, I wanted him to get the best education and to be able to share the best relationship together. Not only for me to feel safe outside in riding but mostly for my horse to know how he can selfmanage his emotions and energy by himself. (I wish someone taught me how to do it for myself as I was a kid !)
I learned about this method through Facebook. I was curious as it seemed "not conventional" and actually filling the gaps I was missing with other methods.

Every horsmanship technique I learned through the past 30 years whispers about horse selfmanagement but actually never adress it properly. The TRT Method allows a deeper understanding of the horse mechanisms and physiology to really know your horse and yourself in the end !

Even for an experienced horse/rider with "small problems" or just to level up your relationship awareness, I'm sure that the TRT Method can bring something to rise your game in complicity and in performance.

It's been 4 weeks now that I began the TRT Method and I am so happy to realize what brings my young horse into tension and to know how to teach him to release it by himself and relax. I've already seen a difference in his management and I know how to react for example when he becomes forward and pushy to bring him back to a neutral state.

With the TRT app, I can follow many video courses, ask questions and post videos to get some help. I usually get complete answers from TRT administrators within 24-48 hours. The help is warm, quick, efficient and personalized. I feel good in the TRT community, we are supporting eachother through good wibes and encouragements.

A happy TRT Method member

I have always been inspired watching liberty work and now thanks to TRT's free video I started myself. I got my horse (cob/TB) at Christmas. He had been badly treated and was very frightened and reactive. We have come a long was but this liberty work has bought him out of his shell and our bond and trust is so much stronger. Now he is understanding what it is all about and knows nothing bad is going to happen he is loving our sessions. Thank you TRT for putting us on such a beautiful journey. Shelagh Ball

Tristan has a special talent when working with the horses. He is so soft spoken and gentle and understanding the body language of the horses so well. Its like watching a horse whisperer at work. He’s proven his worth several times with a lot of different horses and it is a joy to see him work.
