They said to wager 30x and I wagered 50x and the email said i could keep what I win. I won $286.00 and they said it exceeds the withdrawal limit. I even took it down to $25.00 and they still said it exceeded the withdrawal limit. They did not make good on their word. I got nothing after playing. They refused to respond after I tried to withdrawal winnings.

Well let's see, what exactly didn't go wrong is the better question. So I made two different small deposits. I finally all of the requirements to cash out. Certain machines hit pretty big. Payouts take 35 days to process. Always read the fine print on promotions. If you have to make a deposit to withdraw then NEVER withdraw your deposit amount, the casino will take it and give you some nonsense about the maximum cash out even though they state that will get your deposit back upon withdrawal. Only a few promotions are worth claiming. Customer support is okay.

Guys we need to pool together any lost funds and owed money with documents to proper authorities make some noise and shut this criminal activity down.
I have deposited crypto and currently fighting to withdraw my money back. I have waited the required time and conditions etc. Terms of bonuses and wait times are in the fine print so that's fine. Payouts stated to me in writing " max 18 business days since confirmed account date" its been longer then that and they say a manager will email about withdrawal. After writing my last review in which I said that True Fortune Casino has yet to payout after 2 weeks since winning at their casino - I received an email stating that it can be up to 18 days AFTER they validate all documents!!!
Why they are even bothering to validate anything is ridiculous because I deposited with Bitcoin ! !
So, i did send in everything they asked for that was days ago and now that all my documents are verified they start their 18 day clock.

I deposited 50$ in bitcoin on the 23rd of April 2023. I did not take a bonus I chose to play straight up. So no playthrough. Played for about 10 minutes and won 150$ I put in for a withdrawl for my winnings, over a month ago. I still have not recieved my $. I used bitcoin cause its instant and confirmed through the blockchain. They gave me a really hard time verifying my id and place of residence. Its only 150$ why have I still not been paid?

This site is a complete scam. I met all the wager requirements with my bonuses etc x400 on winnings which is extremely high, even after meeting the requirements which was £2000 all in all they refused to pay my remaining balance even though my bonus stated COMPLETED in green highlight, I spoke to the online “team” and they replied with sorry that’s just play money for you you can’t withdraw. Now I know why this casino is blacklisted. They advertise that payouts happen in 18 days - NOT!!!!!! They never payout and the support system is terrible. Never a good answer. Unless you want to waste your money I highly recommend you play elsewhere!

They stole 3800$ from me. Made mistakes on my deposits to void my play. Then give me origonal deposit minus bonus so I couldn't cash out after winning over 1300$
