Thank you so very much for providing such an easy and wonderful product for my girl. Very easy to use and the fit is amazing. We both love it!!!

We ordered from True Harness on 10/27 today is 11/13 and there’s no sign of the package. In fact last update was 11/9 with USPS. I use several different tracking Apps since different companies favors different ones an not any of them have a clue. In fact one of them have a warning notice that nothing has happened in four days with shipment. We have inquired several times and Katie responds (one time at 23:00 in fact). Tonight we both decided we had enough of the promises and I requested a refund. Have I heard from them? No, not a peep. I don’t recommend this vendor to anyone not even you who seem happy with you’re harness. I order tons of products online and have never experienced this kind of trouble with a shipment before not even international shipments. The real question is, was it ever shipped? You decide if you want to take a chance.

Hello! I have ordered a harness for my puppy and really love the product. I really recommend it. The fact that you can give it a name or a contact that is being attached on the harness by a Velcro. That is a bonus. The Velcro is a good product as well. Don’t worry, it takes time because of Covid but I got great and fast response from Kate through emails. The response was sent the same day or the day after. It’s pretty fast. I hope this helps! I can assure you you won’t regret it!

This is nothing like the picture shown. It is made very cheaply. The web site pictures make it look like it’s well made. I don’t recommend this product.

“Katie” must be the only customer service rep this company has as after 6 weeks we still don’t have our order. After asking “Katie” to escalate our concerns to a manager, she has responded the same way for the last 7 emails. The tracking number doesn’t work and they’ve only apologized for the inconvenience. Something is super fishy here. My advice, go to Chewy where you don’t have to deal with “Katie.”

We ordered a True Harness for our pup and received on October 3rd. In just over a month the stitching on the harness has come undone as well as the Velcro has started rip off the strap. When we reached out to True Harness who stated there is only a 7 day window to report a defect. This is poor quality and make when the product can’t stay together for just over a month? True Harness offered a replacement if we paid 50% of the original cost. Unacceptable and ridiculous. Poor quality, would strongly not recommend this product! Beware!

Lab pup ate through the harness covering the lash point for under strap and strap has let go. Well made product and as indicated easy to get on and off however CYBER DOG has eaten through his harness forcing me to look for a similar version else where. Email to company went unanswered therefore I assume the 100% warranty promise is not valid. Great looking on my 85lb dog but regrettably the company has dropped the ball. :(

Can't say enough good things about this company. Due to a mistake on my part the phone # on my harness was printed without the dashes. I emailed customer service and they were happy to reprint the strips with name and phone # and send it to me no charge.
I love the harness it works beautifully and is so easy to put on & take off. I highly recommend this to any one who is tired of watching their dogs choke themselves when pulling on their leash.

Where to begin? It's been almost a month since I ordered 2 harnesses and a leash, and I still haven't received them. Their website says "Proudly American", yet my order was shipped from China. When asked why, I was told they had no inventory in the U.S.

I was given multiple shipping dates over the last month and told to wait 7-14 business days from each date. They kept changing it to a later date every time I asked where my order was, as if I didn't have the prior emails with earlier shipping dates. When I confronted her with the discrepancies on the shipping dates and expectancy times after numerous emails back and forth with "Katie", I was told I could refuse the package (if or when it was delivered) and only then would they consider issuing a refund. I paid $99.65 for 2 harnesses (medium to fit my puppy now, and a large for her to grow into because she's a LARGE breed of dog), and a leash for my 4 month old puppy to train for walking with a harness once she had all of her Parvo vaccinations, and now she's 5 months old, and I still have no harness. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I had to order another harness from a different company, which I told "Katie" about, and received today, just 2 days after I ordered it!! "Katie" still told me they would not issue a refund until I receive my order and send it back to them in China, at my expense most likely, because even though she said I can refuse the delivery, I would have to know exactly when it's being delivered in order to refuse it and not have them leave it on my doorstep. I then received an email asking me to rate how well "Monica" resolved my issue!! Monica? Katie? Neither resolved my issue. They don't even have a customer service phone number to call. Had I noticed that before I ordered, it would have stopped me from wasting almost $100, but I didn't notice until after I paid them and then never heard from them until I emailed them about where my order was. This company and their customer service is disgraceful, but I guarantee neither Katie nor Monica is losing sleep over it. They have my money and they aren't giving it back, no matter what.

True Harness is a great very well made harness. I have a 9 year old Female Australian Cattle dog, she is a great dog with a very strong neck, and likes to pull when walked by a leash. The True Harness goes on fast, fits perfectly and works even better. Izzy now is a joy to walk, no pulling, she responds well and we both enjoy our walks now. FullSizeRender.jpeg

Excellent quality product very satisfied.
Had a small problem with the order, was quickly rectified. Customer service beyond reproach by agent Katie. Happy to do business with this company again.

I received my true harness and it is the best harness you could ever have! very well fitted in sizing and comfortable for my dog Rosie!

This company has very slow delivery time for orders. I waited several weeks for a harness for my dog. After trying it out on her, I found that the under-chest strap buckle did not stay in place, causing the strap to loosen during use and the dog to slip out. The company would not take a return with a full refund for this reason and told me I'd have to pay return shipping plus a restocking charge OR they would credit me 40% of the cost and I could keep the harness. This is not a policy that indicates that the company stands by its products. I kept the harness with the 40% cost refund and sewed the strap in place. After continuing to use it, the velcro started to not hold and the dog again started slipping out if the harness. After 2 months in use on a 12 lb. dog, the harness is now unusable! Unfortunately, l learned the hard way that this product is not worth the price.

Still haven't received the harness and it been a month, don't order it if you need it right away.

I bought 2 Trueharnesses for my rotties. They are both female, 3 years old and 21 months old. I love how the harnesses look on them and they seemed to be strong enough for them. First, they didn't help with the puppy walking as it claims to. More importantly we've had the harnesses for like about 6 months now and the other day we were at the dog park and were leaving and put the leashes on the harnesses and started walking out when Jessie's (the puppy) harness ripped right from the loop that you attach the leash to. Apparently they aren't as strong as they say. It's a shame because I really like the harness. I will not buy another one and I would be very careful when your walking your dog with the harness.

We bought our Doxie, Sammy who is 10 yrs. old one of these harnesses. He walks so proud and we don't care about his name being on it, our neighbors all k
now him. Best harness we ever bought.

Harness broke after only 4 months use, allowing my dog to run off. Poor manufacturing quality was matched with poor customer service response stating it was outside their 60 day return policy. I will not do business with them again.

The first TrueHarness that I got for our Ziva, a strong, nosy Husky mix, was defective in that the clasp released unexpectedly and intermittently. When I reported that to Katie, she sent me a new harness which is working perfectly. Good product and even better service.
