Terrible first walk out with my puppy the ring that is supposed to keep me and puppy attached broke I ordered a suitable harness for an American bully useless....don't waste the money

This harness took over a month to receive. I actually had given up hope of getting the harness, but received it on the same day I filed complaint with my credit card company. I opened the cheap plastic package and am disappointed in the quality of the product. Doesn't compare to previous harness which I ordered from pugs life. Don't order! I'll be returning. Probably made overseas..

I purchased a harness for my dog....I had a major back surgery in Connecticut......had complications and ended up staying in ct a few months due to it...
I arrived back to Florida and diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.....
A week after using the harness on my dog....it ripped...
Contacted, 'TRUE HARNESS "..
was told because it's past the 60 day return....they are not going to replace or refund....
I was very disappointed because this was a nice looking harness...
This was extenuating circumstances and that the fact that they dismissed me so quickly speaks for this company!!!

Have an American address.
No phone number

Only way to contact customer support is by email.
And when they do respond its an automated email.
Ordered a Harness over a month ago.
No Harness, no update.
And the product comes from China via DHL to usps if it makes it .
Do not buy..

I have been trying to get somewhere with customer service for days. The buckle keeps opening up at random times during use. It is a faulty buckle. My pit bull was walked by my daughter last night and totally got out of harness. It just opened!!! Customer service is now asking for a video. Are they kidding me. It’s faulty!!! So much for returns if your not happy and no questions asked.
Don’t throw away your money. They are the worst

Ordered a harness Dec 30, 2020 Never Arrived. Sent an email to support Mar 9, 2021 Received a reply from Scarlett Johnston stating that Item would be resent. Still no harness and no further replies to emails.

Scam. One month later no product, no company response. Disputing charge with credit card and filing a complaint with bbb.

True Harness is a company that does not stand true to their warranty or product quality. Within 30 days of receiving my harness I asked for a refund. The harness velcro did not work and our puppy ended up in the street and almost got hit by a car. I sent video as they asked showing the defect, written notification, and the only thing that you will get from True Harness are more emails trying to have you buy something else, zero response. There are better items out there don't waste your time or money.

This is the worst company Ever. Stay away from ordered o er a month ago and still to date no items to show for. However they already took my money out of my account and now I have to fight the bank on this. Customer service is a joke now know why they don't have a phone number for the Company because they rip people off. Please please Stay Away From.

The harness took a month to arrive, yet I was told it would arrive within 3 to 5 days. I contacted customer service 3 times but they never responded. As for as the harness, it is not a good harness, whatsoever. It does not prevent pulling and the dog can easily get out of it. I have a little beagle so this is not a case of an overly strong dog. They also messed up the personalization, putting the wrong name on his harness. It is not reflective as advertised.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDERED THE HARNESS ON MARCH 10 2021 - TILL DATE NO REPLY FROM THE SUPPORT GROUP AND NO HARNESS. AFTER SALES SUCKS.

Do not deal with this company I ordered a harness a month ago and I still have not received it I called DHL the shipping company and they said my package is somewhere in Singapore when my shipping address was Pittsburgh Pennsylvania so how do you screw up on that once again like everybody else they got my money and got no product

Do not order from this company! I’m not sure this is a real company. I purchased a harness on March 12, 2021. I somehow also purchased a leash which I tried to remove and couldn’t. The money came out of my account on March 15. I emailed support on March 25 because I hadn’t received my order. No response. It is no April 5, no harness, no response and they have my money.

Trueharness is a complete scam. order on 4/15/21 they took the money. I email them asking if my order ship, they gave me a tracking number telling me it shipped when I called DHL ecommerce they told me to get in touch with trueharness, I have sent them three emails with no response. don't not order from them.

This company is a rip off I ordered a harness on March 11th it's now April 2nd still no harness customer service won't get back with me the tracking numbers no good don't ever order from here.

I am very unhappy with this company. The harness we bought for our dog took 6 weeks to arrive not the 7-10 days promised. We were asked immediately to write a review, which they posted immediately. With in a week the clip broke. After many vague emails about how to get it fixed, they told me they would send a replacement right away. After about a week of no communication from them I questioned if the harness was shipped. I was told the product was out of stock. The expected ship time would be after 2/20. At that time they said for my inconvenience they would refund 10% of purchase price.Wow a whole $3.99. Again I heard nothing after the 20th about the harness being shipped. I asked for a total refund and was told the product shipped and I couldn’t have a refund. It is now 3/27 and no harness or refund. I will be emailing them again but I have no faith in the company and I will probably never get the harness or a refund!

WE ordered our harness because we thought it was made in North America, in CA USA. We ordered Feb 18, 2021. It is 38 days later, we do not have our harness, and they have our money. Tracking number was finally given to us two weeks ago,, product coming in from China, PRODUCT NOT MADE IN USA! Tracking number gives no information. Tracking info says it landed in Canada (where?) four days ago. I could drive across the country in four days. DONT BUY!

I am very disappointed in this company as when I ordered a harness, I inadvertently touched the order icon for a leash. I immediately contacted the company via email and asked that the leash be removed from my order. A return email 2 days later said they were looking into it. Yesterday, 5 days after order I was informed that the leash has been shipped! Not happy.

Tala loves her new harness. It is well designed and she loves it. It is very easy to put on and she never minds wearing it. Actually, it is the opposite. When we show her the harness, she understands that we're going for a walk!

Love love this harness...I have tried so many different harnesses...this is so easy to put on and take off and stops my dog from pulling..much more comfortable for her as well..love that it has her name and my number on it in case she gets lost...we also have a soft car seat cover for when she rides in the car with hooks for safe traveling and I can use this harness to safely travel with her. So happy and pleased with this product and all its features and easy use.
