Real and helpful customer service to speak to.
Customer service is very helpful and you get to talk to a real person. They are kindly replacing my cartridges as I now know (and recommends to others out there), to update their printers to 'Turn off Updates to their Firmware in their printer's Settings'.
I opted for their CHIPPED 5 pack (x2 BLK, x1 Y, x1 C, x1 M) High Yield cartridges and when I loaded two into my printer the Firmware blocked the cartridges. Had I known to turn off Firmware updates in Settings, I wouldn't have had this problem.
They are kindly sending a replacement pack and gave instructions on how to disarm the Firmware updating.
True Image give good advice and very helpful and guide you through when needed. A well earnt 5/5 star rating.

So far not good

Reliable, responsive, and trustworthy company
We’ve been buying compatible toner cartridges from True Image for about a year for our retail stores, where we regularly need replacements. Overall, the toners have been good and they work well for us.
They’re also around 60–70% cheaper than OEM, which makes a big difference when you’re ordering often. Like any compatible toner, they’re not always perfect, but whenever we’ve had an issue, True Image have been happy to help and resolve it quickly.
A great example: twice our parcel was held/stuck in transit (not sure why). True Image responded very quickly, contacted the courier, and then sent a new set of toners using a different courier — the store received them the following day. That level of support genuinely made me feel they are super reliable, very responsive, and trustworthy.
Special mention to James Canavan — always helpful and quick to respond. We would highly recommend True Image to anyone who wants to try compatible toners.

There was a problem with the package…
There was a problem with the package due to being opened prior to delivery, hence an item was missing. I sent pics of what I actually received to True Image and I was amazed at how quickly they responded. They replaced my missing cartridge which arrived safely two days later. First class service, I will definitely recommend and use again2

Not the first time I've used this…
Not the first time I've used this company but sadly will be the last.
Ordered Toner cartridges Monday 9th February - chose express delivery - didn't send until Wed 11th February and even then sent Royal Mail 48 meaning I will receive on Friday 13th - 5 days!

I ordered the high capacity black toner cartridge (219x). The cartridge arrived promptly and it was a simple job to install. I'd already disabled firmware updates when I got the printer as I always intended using non-HP toner but it was good to have a reminder on the website. Prints are perfect, good solid black and it plays nicely with the existing HP cartridges. Very pleased and barring any problems will definitely use True Image when I replace the colour toner cartridges.

Ordered some printer ink
Ordered some printer ink - came for the wrong printer so needed to return - at my expense. They send a courier who could not find a prominent address and refused to use his phone. So I’ve returned via Evri. True Image claim not to have received despite tracking suggesting delivery had occurred. James Canavan says he sent an address label - he didn’t. He will not answer his phone. Totally unsatisfactory!! Stay away.
