We are incredibly grateful for the help and support we received from Karamjeet Singh. From the very beginning, we truly couldn’t have asked for better assistance, and I highly recommend Karamjeet Singh.

Working with Elizabeth Hewes was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Beyond her deep industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, what stood out most was how personally invested she was in helping me reach the right outcome. She took the time to understand my goals, checked in regularly, and made sure I always felt informed and confident at every stage. Elizabeth anticipated next steps before I even had to ask, and her clear, thoughtful guidance made the entire process remarkably smooth. It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of expertise with such genuine care for her clients. I’m truly grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation.

Overall, from customer service perspective, onboarding my mortgage onto True North Mortgage was great. In comparison to my other mortgage provider, working with Dana from TNM, she was very attentive / communicative and gave me a true sense of wanting my business, not to mention a better rate. I'll be looking to work with TNM in the future for my mortgage needs.

Great service and a great rate. Far better than what my bank was willing to give me. Mitch Monaco was perfessional and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I appreciated his honesty with one of the fees, even though it could have cost him the deal. Seems like other institutions would have hidden it in the fine print. I’ll definitely renew my mortgage again with him.

True North and Robert Dang are very easy to work with. They looked after all are questions and are very professional. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Robert

The process was super smooth....the approval process went well and Cristian Garrido was guiding the process as required, and providing an amazing customer service along the way.

We highly recommend Madhur (Maddy) Tyagi from True North Mortgage. From start to finish, he was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and transparent. Maddy secured us the lowest rate available and patiently answered all our questions right away, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are already planning to work with him again for our upcoming second mortgage. If you’re looking for a broker who truly looks out for your best interest, Maddy is the one.

From our first conversation and each one afterwards Mitch Monaco at True North Mortgage was absolutely fantastic. We were on a bit of tight deadline due to our renewal timeframe. He worked tirelessly to secure us the best possible rate, answered every single question with patience and clarity (even the ones we asked more than once!), and was consistently available throughout the entire process.
Even after the papers were signed, he not only followed up to ensure everything was in order, but followed through with checking into some more questions we had .
Mitch isn't just a mortgage broker; he's a trusted advisor and an advocate for his clients. We are so grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a seamless, successful mortgage experience.
If you want a broker who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Mitch. We couldn't recommend him more highly!

I’ll be recommending True North Mortgage and especially Mitch Monaco to anyone looking for mortgage services because he has been a blessing to me and my family. Mitch made the entire process smooth and stress-free
Mitch has a such nice customer service— rated 12/10. He always respected my time and answered my questions genuinely . With his prompt responses, and clear communication, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience..I had the great privilege of working with Mitch Monaco for the refinancing of my mortgage purchase and thank him so much.

I worked with Himalaya at True North Mortgage for the purchase of my first home. A friend referred me to Himalaya and I am grateful for it! He was responsive and very helpful in walking me through the process. The rates offered by THINK Financial were much better than what I was offered elsewhere, all in all a very positive experience!

I recently worked with Antoniette McDonald to help my parents refinance to obtain a lower rate. This lady is amazing, efficient and relentless. She works very hard to get the job done. When other mortgage brokers couldn't do it, she made it possible for my parents to get a low rate despite the challenges. I highly recommend Antoniette as your mortgage agent of choice. Thank you True North for choosing the best!

Working with Mitch has been an outstanding experience. He consistently puts his clients first, is incredibly responsive, and always communicates with professionalism and courtesy.

If you’re renewing your mortgage or exploring new options, I highly recommend Mitch and the team at True North. You’ll be in great hands.

Amazing service received from Brett. He responded to all emails in a timely manner and always took the time to answer any questions we had. He was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his dedication and the exceptional level of service he provided. Highly recommend!

Mitch Monaco was amazing- he was responsive, transparent, and dedicated to getting us the best rate possible.

I had an excellent experience with True North Mortgage, but specifically with my mortgage agent - Robert Dang. As a first time home buyer, Robert made this a very easy process, always keeping in communication with me, fast replies, and took the time to explain anything I was unsure about. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He worked with our best interests in mind and made the entire experience very smooth. We will definitely be recommending Robert to our friends. He is great at what he does and deserves the 5 stars.

We worked with Harman Sidhu and she was amazing. Very responsive, immediate attention! She listened, reassured us and came up with solutions needed within days. I would highly recommend working with Harman and True North!

Had a wonderful experience with Robert Dang. He was super helpful from beginning to finish. Always available for questions and helps expedite your application to meet deadlines. Definitely will come back to TrueNorth for future purchases.

I had the great privilege of working with Robert Dang during my first home purchase, and he made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His customer service—both over the phone and through email—was truly 11/10. I always felt that my time was respected and my questions genuinely mattered. With his prompt responses, clear communication, and friendly demeanour, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll be recommending True North Mortgage—and especially Robert—to anyone looking for mortgage services.

Highly recommend True North Mortgage. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tushar Gavali and right from the start I knew I was dealing with someone who cared and understood my needs. I did contact a couple of other mortgage brokers prior to contacting True North Mortgage and they did not go the extra mile like Tushar did. Great customer service!
