Do not order anything from this company. I made a single order of Complex Magnesium. Unrequested repeat orders been sent and twice they have taken money from my account. This was AFTER receiving a very apologetic response email. Now again i am fighting to get another refund for unrequested goods. Really i can see I need to go and cancel my visa account. I just do not trust this crowd. BAD BAD BAD

True Nutra products are great products. I can attest to that. Been using their products since last year! This is my 2nd order of D3 + K2 and I really love the product plus I get a free sample of Oil of Oregano and since then i’ve been taking it and my blood sugar went down from 120 to 98. It was amazing. I will definitely order the Oil of Oregano again!

I was looking at the Oil of Oregano and even had them in my cart, but I didn't complete my order yet. Ashley (True Nutra Rep) noticed my hesitations and reached out asking if I needed assistance.. and I did! I noticed that my previous address was shown. I was trying to figure out how to change it before I made my order because I had recently moved. I was concerned that if I ordered something today, it would go to my old address. She explained to me that my previous address is showing now but when I checkout, it will ask me to confirm that address or make a change at that time. I was able to order today without any concerns. That was fabulous.. However, a few weeks ago is what made me become a forever customer of True Nutra.
I made my very first order and I was a bit because I received my package in the mail, but it didn’t contain what I was expecting. I was really looking forward to the D3, K2 vitamins so I sent and email and Ashley responded within moments!! Not only did she let me know that I had received the free gift portion and she would track my original order for me, but she also sent out a new order of the vitamins right away! She even sent me more than what I purchased, which I certainly did not expect her to do. I was impressed with how wonderful the experience was. It turned out that it was not a mistake in my order but rather an error made by the delivery carrier.
It was just so nice to communicate with a real person not a machine and at the end of interaction, I was left feeling like they actually care about their customer! True Nutra definitely goes above and beyond!
Believe me, everybody is getting orders from me for Christmas!

I had an unexpected subscription so definitely double check when purchasing but the staff were so quick to help me. Very kind and I got a satisfactory % of a refund plus will be receiving the product. The customer service is 10/10.

Truly grateful To have come across truenutra, I was looking for a good D3+k2 supplement and somehow amongst all other ads I saw this stood out for me, the shipping was very fast, the customer service is top notch,they follow up to make sure I hit my order and any other way they could help and even suggest how I can pair supplements better together . Never seen any thing this amazing in all my years of online purchasing . I am now looking forward to getting other supplement which am being directed on what is best that should work for me.

Unfortunately I cant say anything good because I paid for the oil of oregano in the middle of April to Truenutra.co.za and haven't received a product as of June. I contacted them, sent email, whatsapp and never heard back. At least they would answer back but nothing.
I do not recommend your company to anyone because of lack of integrity

The Bcomplex drops are the format thing I reach for everymorning. Magnesium complex at bedtime. More rested and so much more energy everyday now.
And customer service is excellent. Notifications and responses to questions are timely and informative. Ashley even helped me fine tune my orders! Love these products. They've truly given me back my life.

Since starting this journey, I can honestly say I am loving the results. I have seen a real boost in energy as well as my blood pressure stabilize. I would definitely recommend this product, the results are real. Yes it takes time but it's definitely worth it

Product is doing as advertised no false advertising. The clogged areas are freeing up and I can see the difference alreadybafter 3 weeks.

My A1C went from 13 to 8.9 in the few months I started taking the 7-1 Glucose so it really helped me.

I ordered their product online (True Nutra, Blood Sugar Complex 7 in 1 liquid drops) Buy 1 get 3 so I ordered it, then they said we have a better special for you, buy 3 get 7 free, so I changed my order and went to cancel my previous order, that's when things started going haywire. It wouldn't let me cancel and charged me for another order? I looked online for a phone number, there was none? I went to cancel everything and was not able to? So I wrote back to them explaining and was told they could do nothing about it because it was ordered? They pursued to place another order, which I never requested or placed? I contacted my bank and explained the situation to them and they said they are going to cancel my credit card. I wrote back to True Nutra and informed them of what I had done! They wrote back and said they would give a discount on what I had ordered? The damage is done! You scam people and continue to charge their credit cards for your own greed! BEWARE OF TRUE NUTRA, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS!

I absolutely love this company!! Anything I have concerns with are need answers to they are more then welling to help me. I have talked to a few people in this company and not 1 of them has ever been rude towards. This is what makes me want to keep using their products.

Awful company. Been over a month now and have not sent me the goods. Do not get scammed. Also make sure you delete all card details off the site.

There was a small problem when I received my order. So I sent an email to customer service and got a reply immediately. In no time my problem was resolved. I think they work hard to make sure that their customers are happy! It's nice to find a company that really cares!

Everything was great, I would purchase the 6 in 1 Lymphatic Process pills to assist with some Lymphatic issues. So, I ordered less than 2 weeks ago, I received 3pks..of the pills, now, not even a week later, True Nutra sends a withdrawal from my bank account today for over $32..uhmm, excuse me, I was not aware of an autoship on my account, nor did anyone inform me before shipment which was sent last week or so. So, im not giving my bank information to any other f'ing company to just leisurely go into my account, and deduct when they feel like it..absurd! Im soo over this..wow..

True Nutra stands behind their products. They have a lot of products in are very good products.
My latest one is Lymphatic Complex, what is during for me , my puffiness has gone down and helping on stiff joints is wonderful.
I ended up with a subscription that I did not want and they were able to cancel it for me. However, instead of canceling it, I have paused it to the end of the month. The team will work with you to make a subscription work for you including if you want to cancel it. They are so willing to work with you. And they are an amazing team of people.
If you are thinking of trying this product, I suggest you try it.If you do not like it , you do have guarantees.
