Regarding the refund: We have processed the full purchase price of the items. Please note that for international shipments, the initial shipping costs (10€) are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. We have carefully inspected the returned item. According to our return policy, items must be returned in their original condition.
As the shirt showed clear signs of wear and visible stains that were not related to a production defect, we were unable to accept the return and sent the item back to you. We maintain high quality standards, but we cannot provide refunds for products that have been damaged through use. Thank you for your understanding."
