I placed an order on Dec. 1st. Still haven’t received it as of Dec. 25th. They sent me a tracking number on Dec. 13th that isn’t valid. They ignored my request for a valid tracking number. Bad company! Do not order from them.

Appalling service and liars!
I ordered a Christmas gift for my son 10 days ago and it hasn’t arrived! I have now been told it won’t arrive until 27th.
When I ordered this it was stated on the website it would arrive well in time for Christmas. What lies!
I will never order from this company again and I’d advise anyone else to steer clear also.

Product hasn’t arrived. Ordered as part of a Christmas present for my son ages ago and still it hasn't arrived.
Tracking doesn’t work and there is no answer from the company when asking for help.
Avoid this company. It’s a con and you will never receive your products.

I ordered a gift 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to get an update but the customer service is completely non existent.

This is a great company as I did have a wait for my 1st Trueputts order but they sorted it out immediately when I contacted them and when I ordered my next product it was seamless. The products are great and this is a trustworthy company, thank you Trueputts!

Great product but very slow delivery and no tracking information

Product not arrived. Can’t find a phone number anywhere. I have completed the contact form, emailed and tried contacting on socials and no response…

Great product for golf!! I purchased the golf tee holder for a christmas gift.
Value and size well worth the money would definitely purchase again.

Simple order process the goods are fun and quality.

Was advertised as 2 golf brushes and a free magnetic golf towel, very overpriced at £25 for one very flimsy plastic brush and no golf towel as advertised. Will not use this company again and believe the item was sent from China. It was a Xmas gift for my grandson but to be honest I’m in two minds whether to give him it. Got no response to my email. Think before you use this company!!

Edit to reply to true putts- you will see trust pilot approved my review as I provided confirmation of my order and email. I am not a fake review.
I use trust pilot when I have bad experiences, and unfortunately this was one of those companies.
True Putts, Jack, just apologise for getting it SO wrong and Ignoring customers and pretending like you send items from the UK!

Edit to add- True Putts tried to get this review removed by flagging it as defamatory! They don’t want you to know the truth!

22 days and no delivery!
I bought two golf club brush cleaners believing they were coming from a U.K. company. I should have known when I got a ‘dispatched from China’ email that it would end in disaster!
I emailed asking why I couldn’t track it, and was sent a Royal Mail tracking number with nothing to track on it.
They now don’t reply to my emails.

I’m going to contact my bank and reverse the charge.

Save yourself the bother and just buy some on Amazon- they’re exactly the same, just different branding, and only £7.99 each!

I have bought this as a present it looks great.I’m sure it will be a good addition to the golf bag .Delivery went well all good.

Everything was first rate from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company again
