We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the fire itself, but we sincerely apologise that the subsequent communication regarding your remote control did not meet your standards. To clarify our process, we can confirm that all remote controls are verified and securely packed within the item's original packaging prior to dispatch. Due to their compact size, they can occasionally be overlooked and inadvertently discarded during the unpacking process, which appears to have occurred in this instance.However, we deeply regret that our handling of this matter felt dismissive and that communication was allowed to lapse. This is not the standard of care we aim to provide. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Please contact our management team directly so we can discuss a resolution. To note the price of a remote is £25 and is not 'deal-able' especially when it has been discarded, most customers would totally understand this.

Hello Lee. We take delivery and refund issues very seriously, but we cannot locate any order under your name (Lee), nor do we have any unfulfilled 'fire' orders remaining from December 2025. Please note that we value the privacy of our team; if you need assistance, please reach out to our official business channels at with your requirements so we can issue an official quote or invoice immediately during our standard operating hours, sometimes we work late and reply out of the normal office hours, some would say this is good service.
