I have been using TruGreen’s Pro service for two years, and I am now entering my third year. When I first started your service, my lawn was virtually weed-free. I hired TruGreen because I wanted professionals to maintain my lawn and keep it healthy and free of weeds.

So why does my lawn have more weeds every year despite paying for your professional service?

Your advertisement makes it sound like you can take care of crabgrass and other weeds for good. If that is the case, shouldn’t my lawn be in much better condition after two years of treatment?

After almost every service visit, I have to call TruGreen again to complain about the weeds and request additional treatment. If I have to keep doing this, wouldn’t I be better off taking care of my lawn myself?

The problem is that I don’t have the knowledge or experience to do it myself. That is exactly why I hired TruGreen and continue to pay for your professional service.

I am paying for results, not just repeated treatments that don’t seem to work. It is extremely frustrating to spend money year after year only to see my lawn getting worse instead of better.

I would like TruGreen to explain why this keeps happening and what you are going to do to actually fix the problem.

Trugreen has disabled my registration. Cannot seem to enable it. Preventing payment and account review and confirmation of amounts due by me, the customer. Interesting to note, my incoming phone call to the customer service identified me immediately, however, historic payment information was unavailable and time waiting was excessive. Feedback options on the website required signing in. Impossible. Once I do have the time to deal with this b-sh.t later, I will be severing all ties with this more than twenty-year relationship. Your new add campaigns are clever. Time and energy devoted to making a service failure program look slick and cool. Lipstick on a pig.

I previously posted pictures of a bad aeration job. After calls to Customer care I have the nicest technician out here fixing the lawn, aerating again, overseeding and taking care of the mishap. Sure thing is, if you are not satisfied, Trugreen will come back and fix what is needed.

This company is quite comical.
Caught them in my ring camera taking a break. Got out the truck walked around the house, replaced card on door, got back In the truck and left. Ofcourse the tech was reported. Came back out a few days later. Dropped something to kill off all my grass. Will nvr use this company again.
