TruGreen - Ocala Opiniões

Here’s a polished version of your message:

I paid in full for what I understood to be a full year of service, from October 2023 to October 2024, based on my conversation with the sales representative. Despite this, I have received multiple billing statements during the contract period. When I called to inquire about the charges, they mistakenly performed a duplicate service, which resulted in a $500 charge. After I raised the issue, the representative reviewed my account with management, and they ultimately voided the charge.

However, today I received two more invoices for services I believed were already covered under the original contract. My takeaway from this experience is that if you're considering doing business with True Green in Marion County, be sure to verify that your full payment indeed covers all services as outlined in the contract.

On top of the billing confusion, I must say that I'm not impressed with the results. Comparing my lawn to my neighbor’s, the quality of service provided does not reflect the amount of money I paid to maintain a well-manicured lawn.
