Tru have replaced all the old windows in our old renovated house. Absolutely love the colour of our new heritage range floating windows (pebble grey) and Bifold door with integral blinds (Blinds are a must). All such good quality and so so pleased with the work. The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. So friendly and helpful and good communication with the staff in the office too. Few very small issues that they were more than accommodating to come back and sort with no issues or problems.

I had all windows and external doors replaced. The cost estimate was lower than expected, the quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The installation date was also quicker than I expected. The installers went about their business efficiently obviously enjoying their work. The house was left in a very tidy condition. The finishing inside and out is excellent. Even the company owner came by to lend a hand and check it out. Love the result.

I had a total refit for my property, so this was a big (nervewracking) job. I spent a long time researching and Tru gave the best value quote by far. I am so delighted with the result. Brilliant customer service throughout, beautiful windows and great workmanship. Highly recommended.

Tru are an excellent company. Well organised, professional and delightful to deal with. The windows are fantastic - we really can't tell the difference from the wooden sash windows we had before - except they are draft-proof and won't need painting!

I recently changed my front door and used Tru. The service was fantastic at every stage, from completing the initial quote, to the survey and the final installation. We had our windows replaced because our home was freezing! The new uPVC windows and doors that we had has made such a difference to the look of our home too. I think I liked the hinestnprocing most. It’s been a long time since we had something like this done and was worried about being ripped off!

If I could award points they would be 150 out of 100. That is how great this company has been in the past 3 days. I feel like I have a new home. As I sit here listening to the birds singing with my new windows just open a little each room seems bigger, brighter and OH SO MUCH BETTER.
I opted for triple glazing - and when you are doing 10 windows and 4 doors you might as well add the little bit extra - it's silent - no train, no arguing neighbours, and I have turned the heating off as it's plenty warm enough already.
Kind, hard working, fantastic fitters, a wonderful team in the office who emailed or called to update me at various times, and yes, there are a couple of "problems" - ones I didn't notice until pointed out BY THE FITTERS. They have made a list of what they feel is not up to standard - a black mark on a frame - on previous homes builders have "rubbed it away", and when the new parts are in they will make contact and re-visit.
This is a company who thrives on giving not good but fantastic service in ALL areas. Even to the point of working around my cat-flap that I wanted to maintain.
Would I recommend them - OUTRIGHT YES
Am I paid by them ! NOPE! I have just paid them!
Any Extra enticements to rate them high - No - just friendly people, hard working fitters, great sales team and commitment to a person who is disabled. What more can I add? They are brilliant.

Brilliant customer service and a team you can tru-ly trust

Excellent job, in a rental property we own. Very skilled and friendly installers. Sensible price. Site survey dimensions were spot-on.
They appeared dressed in filthy overalls. Offputting. However they are professional and know what they are doing.
The tru. Contract for Sale is not a buyer friendly document, and I would not have signed it had I not used the company before.( When they were Stroud Windows . They did not go bust. Same people. Just rebranding.)

Excellent customer service. The windows and doors came the day arranged and nice and early, all fitted efficiently and were good quality and well fitted. I had the choice of colour/material and chrome handle etc. I chose white frames inside and brown outside to fit in with the neighbours but looking fresh and bright inside. Thanks again and I will use you again when I move house next!
