They took my money by PayPal then ignored my requests to start my subcription. I don't think they even have any support employees, only bots that give you non sensical replies. Fortunately, PayPal can get me a refund
There is no way to cancel your subscription and they dont approve your profile or pictures. They also dont answer you back when you write them. This site is a scam, dont EVER give them your credit card details

It won't improve, Their Customer service doesn't exist and the previous reviewer was spot-on about non-existent support, and it is an absoute haven for fakes and ruthless scammers and TF don't give a S..t when they are given details of subscribers who have stolen photos of girls or models from Facebook or Instagram to create fake profiles. Cryptocurrency scammers LOVE this site, I should know, they stole thousands from me, Scum of the Earth and TF encourage them, their Security and their Customer Services are a sick joke. Stay away completely is my advice.
I've sent over 35 requests to have my subscription cancelled and ZERO replies! Live chat is always unavailable and they don't return help tickets.
This website hires girls and pays them commission for every single person that subscribes. Those girls even make accounts on sites like internationalcupid or thaicupid, etc... They act extremely desperate about it too, one girl sent me pictures of her private parts via email, begging for me to pay, thinking I would simp. So many red flags. Better put the price and use something like eHarmony, at least those scammers can't afford it.
When I checked my bank account, TrulyFilipino had charged me for a whole month, even though I certainly selected one trial week for less than $3. Obvious scam site with a huge number of empty profiles with no photo or any kind of info whatsoever in their profiles. I payed with PenPal, since I did not trust them enough to give them my credit card number. I really do not trust their sister site TrulyAsian either. Two women on AsianDating asked me to join TrulyFilipino and TrulyAsian.
