We have attempted to write my trust four times. Each time it’s done incorrectly with grammatical errors

initially they wrote it up as a joint account. I am a single woman. We discovered that when I was at the bank getting it notarized, which was a total inconvenience. Had them fix that and then they Change all of my trustees. It has been a nightmare. Along with lack of communication. Never return my calls No I would not recommend them

The document statements for notary were not per California law. TruWill was also not responsive. It was a complete waste of money we hired a reputable firm to create lawful documents.

I paid $100 for my initial fee. I decided to cancel the next day, so I emailed my consultant. I have yet to receive my $100 back.

Process was very easy and they helped me through out the whole process. Answering any questions I had. I would recommend.

The process was clearly explained and I received support with any questions that I had. It was a relatively easy process that I highly recommend. I was guided on creating a living trust and how to utilize this to avoid probate upon my passing.

The site is extremely easy to use and walks you through everything you need step by step. It is a quick and easy process and you can get peace of mind too!

This process compared to LegalZoom was relatively easy. The whole experience was educational and very straight forward. I would recommend this compared to the alternative which is way more complicated and expensive.

Very easy process and reasonable. Most attorney's want $800 to help you with a will. This has everything you need. Very friendly and nice working with Praneet.

Simple and easy to understand steps. Some of the language could be further simplified for people like me who haven't reviewed these options before, but in most cases I was able to deduce correctly. Presumably the support chat option would have been there to help with that but didn't get the chance to test it. Overall would be happy to review the options more carefully in a private context.

Very user friendly with intuitive drop-downs and text boxes. If you are missing something, you can't continue so you know you are being thorough.

Had this on my mind since way too long! But always thought the activity to be cumbersome. The TrulyWill tool was incredibly easy and straightforward to use. There were proper explanations at all stages and I'm glad I was able to complete my Will and other documents before it gets too late.

I think this is a great tool to make estate planning easier! It walks you through the entire process without having to sit down and spend hours with a lawyer. I would definitely recommend for my friends and family!

The program is mostly easy to use. The few questions that I needed help with were quickly answered by support.

This was a quick and easy way to resolve the anxiety I had around estate planning. The process was much simpler than I had anticipated-- I needed to think through the answer to some pretty fundamental questions (for example, who would I ask to care for my children), but it didn't take a ton of granular detail about possessions, property, etc to lay out our wishes around some critical questions. I think it's a great innovation in the space and something I'd definitely mention to friends.
