Incompetent

I do believe in their scientific approach, but their technical expertise for their website seems to be nonexistent. They seem to have misplaced or possibly lost all data. I have repeatedly had issues getting access, and they seem either unable or unwilling to fix their various problems.

There are two possible reasons for this delay:

We may not have received your sample – While rare, it’s possible the sample was lost in the mail.

The kit wasn’t registered – If the kit wasn’t registered in our system, we wouldn’t have been able to process the sample.

. We’ll investigate the issue and assist with registration if needed. If it turns out the sample can’t be located, we’ll gladly send you a new sample collection kit at no charge.

Not a Reliable company.

I first bought a Kit back in June 2024 now we are in July 2025 and I still have not gotten my results or any refund.

Please find another company to work with as as they have sent me numerous emails with no resolution.

I wanted insights on my bio age as I've been recently incorporating regenerative tools in my wellness and wanted to compare my internal age with my biological age. After scoping TrumeLabs out, I could pick up on something off from their website but some of the other areas seemed legit so I bought into my kit. It arrived on time. I did the saliva text and sent back. Months track by. No update. They said it would take up to 6 weeks processing in rare cases. Another months tracks on. Still no insights. By this point I've sent in 8 or so messages with no return. There is no number so I can't get a hold of anyone. Now I'm out $100 and no lab results that I needed to know. Do not trust TrumeLabs. They're likely a scam or just really shitty at service.

We bought this The KnowYourBioAge Test…

We bought this The KnowYourBioAge Test from Easy-dna website for my husband’s birthday. The test came on time, we sent his saliva sample to be lab tested in November 2024. With the kit we received we were forced to take a questionnaire as well, as an important ‘part of the package’. In this questionnaire we were asked very in-depth questions about lifestyle and healthy/unhealthy habits, they also had a question about client’s chronological age, which we thought was very strange and rather telling that they asked this, considering that the service we were offered was based on ‘analysing methylation markers around one’s DNA …from a small saliva sample.’ With this in mind we put a completely random age (decades different from the real one) as we had a suspicion by then that all their ‘investigation’ is based on our answers rather than our DNA sample!! The questionnaire closely resembled a Bio age questionnaire you could find online to do for FREE!

We received our results in December (as we didn’t have any reminder or notification that they were ready) when we prompted the service provider. And to our ‘surprise’ all we got from promised ‘high accuracy thanks to its high-tech sequencing methodology’ was a web page with my husband’s name and age number, which was way away from the real age as it was based on the ‘chronological age’ we specified in the questionnaire rather than based on the DNA sample we sent!

Therefore we can state from our unfortunate experience that the description of the service we were offered was not only misleading it was simply a lie. We didn’t need to pay for a free app-type questionnaire a whooping amount of £99!!!!
I have contacted the seller, explained the situation, but far from being apologetic they tried to insist on that they have provided the whole spectrum of services they sold to us i.e. (text from their email):
‘Specific genetic markers related to cellular aging, DNA methylation patterns, and oxidative stress are examined. These markers offer insights into how your body is aging at a molecular level, independent of your chronological age.

Scientific Analysis The laboratory analysis identifies genetic variations and epigenetic changes associated with the aging process. These results are not influenced by external data provided by the client, as they derive solely from the DNA sample.
Report Preparation Based on the findings, a detailed report is generated, which includes a biological age score and personalized recommendations to improve or maintain overall health and well-being.’
The detailed report consisted of another webpage stating the following:
‘Your TruMe age is 2 years and 9 months lower than your chronological age.’
Which as you can guess is far from the real chronological age. It is crystal clear that their biological age result, was not based on DNA but rather a simple formula from Chronological age taking live style into account.
As I have mentioned such comparison is freely available online. It is hardly worth £99.00!!!
Please be aware of this Biological age test from Trumelabs sold by Easy-dna It is just another SCAM!!!
