Doesnt takedown phishing domains
Registrar protects criminals by refusing to take down phishing domains.
Whenever you try and report abuse, they talk about 'its not the registrars jurisdiction' like a sovereign citizen.
This is a very new icann accredited registrar made to protect criminals, they are only about a year old and already do this stuff to help cybercrime.

Doesn't action obvious fraud reports. Reported a domain being used for a phishing attack with clear proof of fraud sending in a images the fraudsters use for their scam. Including doctored tweets and promises of money in exchange for bank details. No action was taken as apparently proof of a scam does not constitute proof of a scam. Do better.
Edit: your response is an outright lie, your icann raa requires you to action DNS abuse. This includes but isn't limited to phishing attacks. As per your ICANN raa you are required to act within a timely manner to action DNS abuse complaints. Failure to do so is a breach of your agreement.

Doesn't act on abuse reports, directly facilitates fraud.
Despite proof of a domain being used for fraud they don't act on abuse complaints, citing that it needs to be from a non free email address, this is just lies and excuses to palm off to people so they don't have to act on abuse reports. Absolutely shocking really.
"The Trustname Protection & Safety Team has carefully reviewed your abuse report, and after careful evaluation, has decided to close the case for the following reasons:"
I give it 5 stars If you are a Nigerian cyber criminal and want a domain that doesn't get suspended, then go here, because they absolute won't suspend any domain even if it's used for fraud, so criminals - go nuts!

The so-called "personalized service" here is a joke. The process is anything but simple, and the claim that you can actually speak to a person is laughable. If you do manage to get a human on the line, good luck getting any real help. Setting up an account is a nightmare, with more hurdles and headaches than you can imagine. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Every time I contact Trustname for assistance, it's a complete disaster. Their team is clueless, and my issues only get worse. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. Avoid them like the plague!

I've been their customers for years…
I've been a customer for years, managing hundreds of domains, and I've tried several registrars: they are without a doubt the best. The control panel is easy to use and comprehensive, the API works properly and the support may not be the fastest, but it is definitely responsive. Their prices are also good.

Excellent support. They fixed an error I made during registration. Overall, I love this registrar! Their 24 hour live chat support is incredibly helpful and they offer a selection you can't find anywhere else.

Ordering from Trustname was a disaster
Ordering from Trustname was a disaster. Their customer service was terrible, no response at all and when i asked them for a refund they abused me and was extremely rude. Don't waste your time; avoid Trustname at all cost.
I have reported them to cybercrime security.(you guys too do so, and save innocents)

A Clear Scam
The chat program is frustratingly difficult to use, and my questions are rarely answered promptly. If my question is even slightly technical, it's often left unanswered or delayed for an excruciatingly long time, sometimes days.
