Well when I first signed up

Well when I first signed up, I was told it was a promotion period. I did all I was asked of, and still got a bill the first month even though the first month was supposed to be free. I had to call several times and talk to several different people in order to get my situation resolved, which it wasn't. The crazy part is that you are never told about all the extra fees you have to pay. They only tell you half ass stuff just to get you to sign up. You dont get the fine print of everything until you get a bill and have to see for yourself. I dont recommend Truvista to anyone.

The Internet speed is ultra SLOW. Not at all like the representative told me it would be. But hey, it does work!!!

What made my experience great.

What made my experience great. Was customer service. After being down a few days. Ms. Aquilla , made necessary contacts and had technicians in route in hrs. Then gave a call back to assure my needs were met. She stood on her word and made sure my kids could continue home school
