Early Access to your Verified Bank Deposits with “Everdraft™”
Beem offers Everdraft™ as part of its personal financial management suite of services. You can get access to amounts (called Everdraft™ ) between $5 to $1,000 to help cover any emergency expenses. This has no fee associated with it, no credit scores or FICO credit checks are performed to deliver this service, using this service will not impact your credit, there is no interest associated with this service, there are no late fees for this service, there are no finance charges to use this service and there is no due date when you use this service which means funds delivered as part of this service are not due on Pay Day and being unable to settle the funds automatically on or before PayDay does not result in any fees or issues. We reserve the right to Everdraft™ amounts and our eligibility criteria at any time. You are not required to make voluntary payments referred to as 'Tips' or 'Donations' in appreciation of the service provided.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SOFTWARE

I have to relink my bank account and then send in bank statements to them monthly in order to use the app. It’s a process that also takes about a month because they’ll ask me to submit it for tha month at the beginning of the month and bank statements aren’t sent out until the entire month has a statement. You have to repeatedly email or do the support chat and despite it saying there’s an error and they are working to fix it, they’ll act oblivious despite sending screen shots. You have to speak to customer support like they are 5 years old when explaining things and it’s nothing but a hassle. Not worth it at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced or supervised.
