finally one that doesn’t taste like dirt
I’ve tried a few mushroom drinks before and most of them tasted like dirt honestly. This one is completely different. It’s smooth, slightly chocolatey and actually enjoyable. I feel more focused during work hours and I don’t get distracted as easily anymore. Only downside is the price, wish it was a bit lower but yeah.

i wanted to try this product and i have not been disappointed, easy to order, great fast delivery and i love the additional products like the cup and whisk the drink itself is really great its worth a try if you are thinking about something different to your morning or mid morning coffee hit and no caffeine it also tastes and feels good. so thanks

I am delighted to be drinking this as many mornings as I can. It is quick and easy, I add my homemade almond milk swish it up with hot water and enjoy it. I would say that the Stevia could be reduced...I recognise it as the taste however I'm really pleased to have found this "hot chocolate" with possible benefits. Recommend trying.

Mental resilience in a drink!
I've noticed a definite difference in my mental resilience and performance since I've been using Bioflow. The difference is apparent on the days I've skipped a drink, making me determined to factor it into my daily routine. I highly recommend Bioflow!

The premise of this is incredible. We had very high hopes. However we can't get over the 'artificial' sweet taste that the stevia adds (even though this is a natural ingredient).
Too sweet. We won't be purchasing again until a non sweetened version is released. In short, we would like to control our own sweetness.

As you suggested, we tried to hide the earthy flavours of the incredibly potent ingredients, but wanting to control your own sweetness is something more and more customers have told us, and it’s something we’re working on :)
In the meantime, we’ve just recently released a coffee version of Deep Focus Brew which is much more bitter and far more customisable. Many people who found the original too sweet are getting on really well with it.

I absolutely love this company they have been so helpful from the start. I have one of there coffees every morning and it really helps with clearing my head and gives me that lift. I haven’t found anything that works like this drink and so grateful after quitting caffeine I have something healthy to replace it with. I use Instagram messenger to contact and they are always very quick to respond :) thanks guys I’ll be recommending you!

Taste totally delicious… excellent pick me up … I love that it dissolves easily in warm almond milk and water … took it to work in the mug that came with , stayed warm for several hours … I have previously tried making this sort of thing myself with similar ingredients but ended up giving up as did not taste good …will be ordering more ♥️

Emails are not delivered when replying…
Emails are not delivered when replying totheir email.
So sent again, twice to the email address listed in their FAQ’s section on their website. Again undelivered.
Went to my account page and clicked on more. Cancel is the bottom option but it is greyed out and can not be selected. Two days later and still no reply from customer services, still unable to select cancel.
Have informed Trading Standards and my bank.
Hopefully that is the end of it.
PS set the next delivery date to Dec 2026 and took screen shot 🤭

Regarding the undelivered email towards us, that's definitely a first, but please use our contact form on the website to reach out. I will make sure it's prioritised and any issues resolved immediately.
Regarding your account, the cancellation button is always there, but becomes available 4 days after placing your order so you have enough time to give the product a fair shot.

There is no company number listed on their website, which is required by law. There is an email address for contact purposes but no details of how to contact the business by non-electronic means.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in 2 clicks via the customer portal. The instructions are present on our website, in confirmation emails, and on a printed card included with every order.
We typically respond to email enquiries within hours, often within minutes during working hours. Many customers manage their subscriptions entirely online without needing to contact us directly, but we're always available for anything you might need.
Regarding contact details: there is no legal requirement for an online business to operate a public telephone hotline. Our website shares our registered company address and on all packages you have our warehouse return address, which is fully compliant with the law.
That said, if you experienced difficulty, we would genuinely like to understand what happened so we can review it.

If you've already contacted us, please do check your spam or junk folder, as our replies can occasionally end up there.

Canceled subscription, they still charged me...
After waiting for my sample pack order for about a year, I finally received it, tried it, didn't like it, canceled subscription. Though for whatever reason I was still charged for the 30day pack that I never wanted. After I emailed them, they totally ignored the fact that my first subscription cancellation either didn't work or they just tried to push their product down my throat, anyways now they are saying if I want to return that package I need to pay for that return. So to wrap up, their service is rubbish, their product doesn't taste great and the dosages they are using are way above the recommended daily dosage. Strongly recommend to avoid this company!

We take transparency and fairness seriously, so we want to share the full context of this situation.
You waited approximately 7 months for your sample pack after agreeing in writing to wait, in exchange for bonus products, while we finalised an improved formulation. During that period, we offered the option to cancel for a full refund if you no longer wished to wait.
Regarding the subscription: it is disclosed clearly at every step of the funnel: on the product page, at checkout, emails and on a large card included in your first delivery. Our records also show that you logged into your account before renewal but did not cancel at that time, and later cancelled 12 days after the full-size + gifts had shipped, indicating awareness of the subscription.
Our team explained that you are still eligible for a full refund, but products must be sent back. First orders are refundable without a return, so customers can try the product risk-free. However, subsequent fulfilled orders require a return for a refund.
We’re genuinely sorry this was a disappointing experience. We also reached out personally to try and resolve this positively, but haven’t heard back. If you’d like to continue the conversation, you can always reach us at support@trybioflow.com, we’re still open to turning this around.

Our response was unfortunately slightly delayed over the Christmas holiday period due to reduced staff, which we understand added to the frustration.
That said, subscriptions can always be cancelled at any time, and this is clearly explained on our website, at checkout, in the order confirmation and shipping emails, as well as on a printed card included in the delivery.
In the meantime, our team has responded to your email and your order has now been fully refunded, with no return required, as a gesture of goodwill.
We never want anyone to feel unhappy or stuck and we’re sorry it took longer than it should have to resolve.
We appreciate you raising this and wish you all the best going forward.
I would give zero stars (WITH EDIT)
I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option.
I signed up for what was presented as a free trial, paying only shipping. The checkout and payment page displayed the product as FREE, and the design did not clearly or prominently show that a paid monthly subscription would start. A much larger charge appeared later without my informed consent.
Customer service said the subscription was cancelled, but it wasn’t, and I had to log into an account I did not knowingly create to cancel it myself. I was then offered only a partial refund unless I paid return shipping for an order I never knowingly placed.
The checkout flow is misleading and the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly advise others to avoid.
EDIT TO REVIEW:
I stand by my original review and will not be pressured into changing an honest account of my experience.
I was fully prepared to update my review to acknowledge the eventual resolution had the response been respectful and accurate. However, the public reply instead misrepresents events and places responsibility back onto me, which feels unnecessarily confrontational.
For clarity: a refund was only issued after I returned the product at my own expense, as instructed. It was not offered proactively. Prior to this, I was repeatedly offered percentage discounts on future orders rather than a refund for an order I did not knowingly place. The £5 trial shipping refund does not cover the cost of returning the item and was later raised alongside requests to amend or remove my review, which I found inappropriate.
My review reflects the full experience: a misleading checkout design, a subscription I did not knowingly consent to, difficulty cancelling an account I did not knowingly create, and the stress involved in resolving something I was repeatedly told was already cancelled.
This statement is added for accuracy and transparency for other consumers. I consider the matter closed.

We’re genuinely sorry this experience caused frustration and we want to clarify the full context transparently.
The free trial is presented as a subscription with a £0 product cost on the first order. This is disclosed clearly at checkout, in the order summary, confirmation emails, and inside the box itself, along with simple instructions on how to cancel in two clicks from your account.
In your email to our support team, you wrote: “Please cancel this and any subscription I have accidentally entered into as soon as possible.” After that request no further charges were made.
Our team also explained our refund policy: first orders are fully refundable without a return, while fulfilled follow-up orders require the product to be returned. That said, we’ve now gone a step further and issued a full refund in the meantime to close this out fairly.
We respectfully disagree with the suggestion of misleading intent, especially while acknowledging the subscription was entered accidentally but we appreciate the feedback and continuously improve our checkout clarity based on customer input.

Was skeptical since I've seen others claim similar "cOgNiTivE" improvements. Tried it during one of their sales and was genuinely surprised that it really worked. I've always had trouble with focus, getting distracted, doom scrolling, etc. so I've very glad to have been proven wrong. Love it so far, I just hope that the effect wouldn't diminish with more use 🤞

Amazing creamy taste, not too sweet. Easy to mix and comes in a great little kit with mug and hand whisk.
I've tried others before and they tasted fake and had too many fillers and binders. This one by Bioflo is the real deal.

The product tastes okay, however I have had a really bad allergic reaction to the drink and have since read a lot of the ingredients can increase histamine release. Feel like my skin has been burning so unfortunately won’t be recommending the product forward.
I’d say if you suffer with sensitive skin / eczema, steer clear
The brand were also a little sneaky with repeat subscriptions with prior warning and after only wanting a free trial was subscribed to a £35 a month subscription.

First, regarding sensitivity: Bioflow is made exclusively with natural, whole ingredients (including functional mushrooms and adaptogens). While many people find these beneficial, we’re very clear that individual reactions can vary. For that reason, we always recommend checking the full ingredient list and consulting a healthcare professional if you know you’re sensitive. We’re genuinely sorry this wasn’t the right fit for you.
On the subscription point, we want to be equally transparent. The trial converts to a monthly subscription only after the trial period, and this is clearly stated on the product page, at checkout (directly above the payment button), in the order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and on a printed card inside the delivery explaining how to cancel at any time.
There is no intention to mislead, and thousands of customers cancel or manage their subscriptions without issue.
That said, we understand how frustrating this experience felt for you, and we’re sorry it left a negative impression. Our goal is always clarity, fairness, and putting customers first, even when the product itself isn’t suitable for everyone.

Bioflow has been a game changer for me
Bioflow has been a game changer for me. I was looking for something caffeine free to help my fatigue, brain fog and concentration and this had been the one! I suffer with bad sleep anyway with my daughter but throw in Lymes disease and some days I’m just a walking zombie. Bioflow has completely helped me with feeling more awake, present and mentally clear. I wouldn’t be without this product now! I have to say the customer service has also been impeccable. Understandably they had some issues with getting trials out to people but they made up for this ten fold with the top notch customer service and offer for the inconvenience. As I said, I wouldn’t be without this now. Thank you so much for giving me my mental clarity back!
